Chris followed up first thing in the morning, verified that he had the correct part number, and then communicated with us when he was arriving and finished. So I went in 2 days later and they came back and said the crack was in the tint, not the windshield. Ummm ok. I came home and called the warranty place and they told me to take it back and tell them it's definitely a rock chip in the windshield. I took it back and magically no technicians were there to work??? Hmmm but the doors were open. I finally brought it back today and the technician was extremely rude and unprofessional to us saying it was already filled and didn't really care to say anything else.
