Geico adjusters informed me he keeps submitting supplements last one was for $12 Dustin is Threatening to keep my car hostage until paid from Geico (Already has multiple large checks I have given him.) We have to have our car back so we are planning to take it without everything put back together just to get it back. Every time we call he tells us of another part he doesn't have to complete the repair. He is now telling us to go buy the part ourself and bring to him that he is being paid for by our insurance. We also paid extra for him to record the white circle under the window. We had to bring her back so he could paint the whole back panel to blend. I would have been happy as you would not be able to tell the color obvious difference. After about 1 week, we reached out to the company to check status. NO response. The next day my husband drove by to check and they left my truck parked out in the yard UNLOCKED. There was a black paint mark on my white seat. This place shows no respect for you, your time or your property. Lee the owner could have fixed the initial review but instead ... here we are. Literally any shop could have gotten this close.

Other than that I am extremely pleased with their work. They told me they would have it done within five business days. I took it in on Monday morning and got it back on Friday evening, roughly 30 minutes before they close. They sent someone to pick me up and he was so nice and friendly. The lady at the front desk also is so nice. Actually, everyone was nice and seemed really down to earth. They even did something that I didn't know they would do and which was a nice touch -- they vacuumed it out and had it looking all nice for me when I came to pick it up. I definitely would recommend them. They also worked with my insurance so that I didn't have that added stress. I can't really speak toward cost because it was $1,000 out of my pocket regardless since that's my deductible and insurance covered the rest. One other thing is unlike other shops I had contacted, I didn't have to drop it off with them for a day for them to give me an estimate. They did that initial estimate on my lunch break.

This is a review for the 3 times my truck has been in their shop…read more The First time I only had 11k miles on my truck and a belly dump trailer opened up on i35, trashing my windshield, grill, lights, fog lights and everything had to be replaced and repainted. They were very helpful though the whole experience and used genuine ford parts. The second time I was hit from behind, they took care of everything and it turned out flawless. The 3rd time something fell off of a truck and did a lot of damage to my truck. The collision center and the service dept worked together and with 48k miles the truck looks new again. I was informed that uninsured motorist would not replace genuine parts on my truck and when 'Jami' seen that I was unhappy, she found genuine parts and price matched the embossed 'Ford' windshield to the "knock off" windshield. All the dash and electronics were genuine Ford also. This company just didn't shrug their shoulders, they rolled up their sleeves and made it happen. I think it is unfair to have cheaper parts installed on a vehicle when the accident is someone else's fault. If you are reading this check your policy about aftermarket parts. Thank you Reynolds Ford, the Service center, collision center and thank you "Jami" for making it all happen. I know you put a lot of time in dealing with the insurance and taking it to have the stripes put back on. Thank you for enduring my pessimism that the truck would never be the same; You did an excellent job. Also the warranty that comes with the repair is unbeatable. I have had my car worked on for 2 different accidents at this body shop over the last several…read moreyears. They were recommend by Jackie Cooper MINI as body shop they would trust. The first time it was repaired after being rear ended and was paid by Harbor insurance out of Tulsa. They did good paint work but I have had weird noises in the rear since and the back washer blade fell off the first time it was used after repair due to not being installed correctly. Several years later and I will say that it seemed like quality work. They also looked into the noise issues when i took it in for the 2nd repair as they said they wanted it to be done right, but it was not resolved. The second time I had work done there I was not so lucky. This work was paid for though State Farm - When the work was initially done to my front passenger quarter panel and hood everything seemed okay. Except The inlet scoop was reused and the paint did not match, I had concerns about the part being weaken due to the high heat in this area and I had concerns about reusing the part but was told it is what it is. But after a few weeks I noticed a scratch next to my turbo inlet. A clip had failed and scratched the top layer of paint off (attached Picture) when it broke. When I asked the shop about this I was accused of taking my car through a car wash (REALLY?? I do not use auto car washes EVER) instead of listening to my concerns about the clip on the inlet failing after being reused instead of a new part being used. The inlet was weak in the center and you could clearly tell there as an issue. After a bit of back and forth they discovered I was correct and it was broken but they were rude about taking responsibility. I was going to repair this out of my pocket but thought to contact State Farm about the issue since a reused part damaged the new paint. They agreed to cover it. I took my car in for this repair work and was surprised by their attitude about the whole situation. When I got my car back there was over all paint issues where they did the 2nd repair... The paint was hazy and you could see scratches under the clear coat (attached picture). After a few months the paint started to fail..... literately crack and exposing the primer areas below it (attached pictures). These areas have grown over the last year with the temperature changes and as the metal flexes. I am sick to my stomach every time I see these issues on my car. It gives me so much anxiety. The way the owner spoke to me that one time was enough for me to realize that they would not take responsibility for these flaws. I have been told by other quality body shops and by the MINI dealership that it failed this way since it was not cured correctly. Precision Auto Body, Inc and State Farm- If you would like to correct these issues I know State Farm has a guarantee that should cover the failing paint. This being said, I am, and have been reluctant to bring my car back to your shop due to the previous treatment I received by the owner and I feel like my car was repaired below standard on purpose. The person or persons responsible for the work knew it was not quality work. --The white in the last image is wax that I have over the flawed paint... I protect this area with a magnet but the paint damage continues to spread and separate exposing the primer below.

I had a great experience with communication and flexibility with Joe, that when I had another fender bender, I had to search for Joe as he moved. As a disclaimer, the 1st incident was hail damage and my neighbor backed into my car, so it wasn't my fault... As expected, Joe took care of the car and kept me up to date. They were willing to pick me up if needed. The car was detailed and the inside cleaned. Overall it is a great experience and he is willing to work with you on certain aspects. Highly recommend.
