My son's…read moreJeep was taken here after the U-Haul he was pulling was crashed into by an alleged drunk driver. The U-Haul trailer was destroyed along with nearly all its contents. When we took the Jeep to Caliber Collision, an individual named Hal told our insurance company that he didn't believe the damage to the bumbper of the Jeep was caused by the collision! They also missed the fact that the rear crossbar of the frame needed to be replaced! The lack of professionalism, communication and utter incompetence was frustrating. I removed the Jeep from Caliber Collsion and moved it to City Collision, and have to say, it was the best decision I could have made. The professionalism, communication and quality of work at City Collision was top-notch, and Stacey kept my son and I updated every stop of the way!
