Food is always fantastic with great customer service. They do have BYO alcohol but they charge for opening the bottle and the glasses which I found pretty silly. Comes cheaper if you purchase a glass of wine there. Has to be one of the best Italian restaurants in the Fairfield area.

My female friend was greated when she walked into the food joint, i was not. I stood at the counter and observed the menu, the first thing I had noticed, the price for the items were set at an outrageous amount. After my friend had received her pizza, all staff turned away from the counter; so I made myself clear and placed my order. "mixed medium snack pac..." I said before the staff rudely interrupted me asking me which sauce I wanted. "barbecue and garlic please" and I waited. I received it in approximately two mintues. I gave him seventeen dollars; he took it and said thank you, i grabbed the snack pack and my friend and left the food joint. I am not a fan of the laminated, cardboard packaging. It is very outdated and not at all convenient. The sauces were not proportionate to the chips and beef; just beef because that's all I received, not a single bit of chicken to be found. Also more garlic was given, while barbecue was held back. Chips were on the cold side and not at all salted, meat was also temperate. This is not at all a good sign. So in conclusion. Food was expensive. There was miscommunication. Packaging is outdated. Food was not seasoned. Food that was able to be sampled was below average. Saving on food costs by giving excess sauce. I highly suggest if you're wanting to eat a nice snack pack, stay clear from this place.
