    Sangria to go
    Karla V.

The Tin Man Northeast location was recommended by a (super picky) all things Fresh, all things organic Culinary Art's guru. Now, of course being a culinary expert does not make him a cicerone nor an oenophile but based on the connoisseur's level of expertise on ingredients and taste I Immediately trusted his recommendation. He said "Go to the Tin Man and get their Sangria in their to go bottle" So, I did. The Northwest "Tin Man" location is at the Sandstone Pointe Plaza. Creative, happy, and cool decor. TVs, awesome vibe, and amazing crafted drinks. While waiting on my Sangria to go I had a taste of #23 Pineapple Cider, #25 Mimosa Cider, #27 Bloody Cider, and one more I forgot it's name. All of them amazing!! I will eventually get a bottle to go of each of this flavors. Honestly the bottle to go is a great item to get when (in a non COVID19 environment) you have people over. Love The Tin Man

My husband and I love to visit craft beer places whenever we travel. We enjoy exploring different types of craft beer anytime we can. When we saw that Tin Man was venturing out to the northeast side of town we were super excited! Now, be aware that this is a beer and wine bar only. Literally, no food, no sodas or other drinks. You can order beer or beer or beer. Oh and I did see bottles of wine on a rack off to the side of the bar. The Wing Daddy's server was taking orders for food from next door and bringing it to customers at Tin Man! Genius!! We personally found the place to be uncomfortable with the 2 long tables like a school cafeteria and the sun was painfully bright coming in through the glass store front windows. So we probably won't be hanging out there but we will go in for a growler to take home from time to time. Also, there were alot of beers out of stock but since it's just starting up that might not always be the case. We went in around 6 pm. I've noticed that alot of entrepreneurs start with very small spaces for reasons I totally get, however if the space is uncomfortably small, people will only go once and never go back. Dont underestimate the northeast! We're starving for restaurants and pubs!!! Build them (comfortably)and we will come!

This place is a great addition to the Northeast! I wish it was 3x bigger but that's only because I love it here. The bar chairs are made from kegs, what else needs to be said? If you like beer, there's pleeeenty here. The music selection is great and they have in house games plus big screens for other games as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing place but the young people running the place are more eager to hang out with their friends...then forget all about you..

This place was great! My husband tried a few beers, mostly hazy IPAs while I had their ACE ciders (mango and guava). I hadn't tried having ciders with any chili rim but it was sooo yummy. I love everything mango, so naturally I tried that cider first. It was good, but the guava one was so much better! They had a few tvs, and none were showing the game. But the bartenders were really nice and put the game for us in one screen. If you watched this game, you know it was a nail biter, so naturally they started showing it on a few more screens. The outdoor seating area was full the entire time, with people coming in and out, but it never got too packed. We had originally sat towards the back in a table, but as people left the bar, and the game for more intense, we moved to the bar. The drinks kept coming, including a celebratory shot for the Warriors win! I know we will come back here next time we are in town. The music varied, but overall I enjoyed it. The bathrooms were clean and the manager also seemed to care about the clients. There was one guy that definitely had too much to drink, ended up peeing his pants and falling on his way to the women's restroom by mistake. Both a bartender and manager went over to make sure he was good right away. I did not catch the girls' names, but both bartenders that day were really nice. I've always wanted bold red hair, and decided to spark a conversation with one of the bartenders that had intense red hair. If you ever see this, just know I went for it! Not as bold as you, but maybe one day!

It was a Friday night, we arrived around 8pm and the restaurant was so busy and full of life. Music was blasting, ranging from reggaeton, to regional mexicana/banda, to pop. The prices for the food and drinks were all super cheap as well, so we knew we'd be ordering multiple items. Probably the best item we had was the arrachera quesadilla (can't remember the actual name in the menu for it). Our waiter was a young guy, constantly coming by asking if we wanted to add on to our order. We had multiple rounds of tequila shots and some mixed drinks, but definitely felt like the liquor was watered down. Before we took off, we even danced a couple of songs, giving us a club feel. Overall we loved it so much we had decided to come back the following Tuesday with more family. Well....we were left so disappointed. Everything was completely different. We arrived around 10, figured it being a Tuesday before Christmas Eve, it wouldn't be too busy. It seems that it was a lot busier than the restaurant had expected because they were definitely understaffed. Our waiter probably took 20 minutes to come to us to take our drink order and when he finally did, he stood in one end of the table struggling to hear us from the opposite end over the loud music. Don't understand why he couldn't simply walk over to our side. We waited another 10 minutes to actually get the drinks and for him to come around again to take our food order. Since service was so slow, we tried going straight to the bar and get drinks there, but they wouldn't take our orders because they had to be placed with our waiter. Food was pretty much the same, with the exception of the kitchen running out of multiple items by 11:30. I would have given this place 5 stars on the first visit alone: cheap food and drinks (great food quality for the value), absolutely great ambiance and fast/attentive service. But because we came back again and had such terrible and slow service, I'm giving them 3 stars.
