The trolley ladies were lovely and got the hint easily when I said we will finish what we have first. No trouble in taking a takeaway container either. The yum cha was good. It's been days since we've had a taste of home cooked meal. Here at Hong Sing, we had some really fluffy scrambled eggs with onions, cauliflower, egg drop soup, stir-fry of snow peas, bell peppers, and chicken, and a sizzling plate of beef. Take away is still available but I chose to dine in. The menu is massive but I already had noodles in mind. Chicken stir fry with satay or sweet chilli sauce, yum! Soy and chilli sauces on the table to tweak your taste buds. Mine was fairly mild so I love being able to add some extra heat. The service was fast too.
