She was very quick and impersonal and when we were done, she did not say anything to me, she just wrote a prescription and walked out the door. I had many questions and concerns but she did not give me one chance to express them, nor did she tell me I was okay, inform me about the prescription, or alert me to the fact that the exam was finished. I will not be going back.

I told the receptionist the reason for my visit, which included bloodwork. I was unaware that I needed to fast before this visit and was not given instructions to do so. Dr. Dinh told me I could either reschedule, or go ahead with the lab work knowing that the results could be inaccurate. Why would I want inaccurate lab results? Dr. Dinh had a very condescending tone when I asked him questions about my health. The visit was a waste of time. Gave this practice two stars (instead of one) because I do like the nurse practitioner there, Lisa Western. She is fantastic - professional and warm.

They also have a room with two recliners that you can request in case you bring a guest. My husband appreciated the extra comfort for being there to keep me company. All of the staff I encountered were very nice and personable. My infusions took 3-3.5 hours. The staff gave us our privacy during the infusion but they were attentive any time we needed something. They give you a bell to ring in case you need anything. There's also a tv with Netflix and Disney + and they provide a select amount of snacks and drinks! 4 stars only because they did have difficulty with my veins and there was an instance where they had an issue with my order which made for a VERY long wait. I actually had to go find someone to ask what was happening. In that instance communication could have been better BUT things happen and I'm sure they must've been busy as this surely was not the norm during my other two visits.
