They are very big into Chinese medicine as an alternate practice with acupuncture and herbs and who knows I'll try it someday but they are also very knowledgeable with western medicine as well. They once offered me the Chinese remedy after some pneumonia I couldn't seem to shake with antibiotics but they never were pushy and prescribed me a different antibiotic that finally cleared it up. Very polite. Very professional... Better yet. I have a $4000 family deductible so my family has to see an IHC physician 40x before I can even begin to really use my insurance with co-pays etc. Our range between general and specialists with IHC is about $100-$150 for they physician fee regardless (Usually 250+ for an Instacare visit). They are open Saturdays as well. These guys are $45 cash/$50 credit card. So my family or I can see them 90x if necessary. No admittedly it doesn't coun't against my deductible for in-network physicians but still does to my overall total out-of-pocket if there were a serious problem. Long story short. I really like these guys.

While working with both doctors here I felt that I was not seen as anything other than an overweight patient that needed to lose weight. I felt that they ignored the history of medical issues that appeared in childhood before my weight issues. I felt like they ignored the effort I was putting into my health. I felt like every appointment I was being judged and ignored. Even giving the benefit of the doubt on their intentions I can not ignore how their actions effected me. Overall while I believe the nurses and other staff are wonderful - I cant recommend anyone go here strictly on the basis of care I received from the doctors. I left almost every appointment feeling demoralized and dehumanized. When a doctor can't take the time to check a chart before seeing you or care to take any value out of your medical history and can't even respect the pain you are going through - I can't say they are a good doctor. Please save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else.

I was checked in quickly had a minimal 20-25 min wait and then got to be seen by Dr. Lodding. She was super attentive and informative. I left with a couple prescriptions and ideas to remedy my sinus issue. I feel like she really listened to me and that I was cared for. I will use this clinic in the future and take her recommendation for finding a primary physician from the list she provided me.

I feel super blessed and lucky to have walked in there & to find a Dr specializing in sore throats. He said I had bad luck because he only sees this maybe twice a year. With insurance, I had to pay a copay of $100. When I was called, I was seen by a physicians assistant. She took my blood pressure, gave me a Covid test, then told me I most likely have a viral infection. Despite that, she prescribed me a strong antibiotic even though antibiotics don't treat viruses. I took the prescription anyway to prevent my symptoms from worsening, but my cough only worsened and turned into bronchitis. Then, I received the bill. Before insurance, the bill came to almost $700. My portion after insurance was another $100 on top of the copay. In what world does it cost $200 after insurance for a Covid test and a bad prescription? I'd recommend everyone to save their time and run as far away from Care Now as possible.

The front waiting area is little small, so you can't really do much social distancing in the seating area. We did the 15 mins rapid test. The staff were always very friendly and attentive. The doctors took time to answer all my questions. Really appreciate and liked their services! Now I just need to wait and look out for my bill as I read in some old reviews that others had issues with their bills ;P
