They have a vibrant program for MC and a slew of mature volunteers who keep the residents engaged. What I like: the food is delicious and it is bright and airy. The rooms have built in storage....so much I didn't have to even bring a dresser if I didn't want to. The bathroom has ample storage too. The deep cleaning occurs weekly and is done so well-even the corners are reached. The Executive Director is approachable and responsive. The staff are helpful and responsive too. I can access staff quickly and directly via phone. Cameras (no audio) are allowed and that has given me peace of mind to see my mom's routines and her interactions with the staff. I am pleased that TS wants so much transparency. The questions I have had are answered quickly and a win/win appears to be the goal. I have had experience with 3 different facilities and this is head and shoulders above the other 2. I highly recommend Trinity Springs. btw, a friend moved his wife in and he is/was very happy with the facility and the staff. When she passed, he invited her caregivers to her service. It is a nice place. The sales lady has been with TS since it opened about 6 years ago. No pressure and quick to answer or get answers to my questions.

All three of these employees went out of their way to help my father and our family during our residency. Mark and Charlene were complete advocates for my father, which we appreciate. Angie helped us throw together furniture quickly because we had a time restraint and needed some help. The facility is clean and safe. The Memory Care side is safe. Staff interacts with residents and ensures they eat and receive their medication. My father came from another facility in The Villages and the comparison is truly night and day. Of course, hindsight is 20/20 but I truly wish we had started our Memory Care journey at HarborChase. Not one moment passed where our father did not feel like a member of their family. For anyone looking for a home away from home, I strongly suggest HarborChase.

Mark, Christina, & Charlene is very unprofessional, they walk or sit in they office doing nothing all day! Christina does not care if you have kids or responsibilities to take care of she will have somebody cover your shift before you even get to work without telling you then outta nowhere after getting everybody up in back into they rooms she sends you home! She doesn't know what she's doing they just gave her the promotion because someone quit! She is a big ole liar, she will do anything to get you fired to save her as*! Mark is extremely lazy, you wouldn't really see him leave out of his office unless corporate is there , he also don't know what he's doing! All the residents family members complains about him. Charlene don't do anything don't let her fool y'all, she "mop" the floor all day like she doing something. She be back in forth out of memory care all day to go smoke a cigarette! They left me on the floor with two new people during the weekend! Mark & christina never answers the phone for their employees and other staff members when we are in need of help!

I am writing this review to express gross negligence and systemic failures my sister experienced at…read moreyour facility. It has taken two years to find the strength to document these events, but the gravity of your staff's misconduct demands a response. On one terrible occasion during the night, my sister was left lying on the floor for over 45 minutes before help arrived. When assistance finally appeared, the CNAs were neither kind nor professional. Furthermore, the intake representative explicitly promised our family that she would check on my sister personally during my 10-day absence. This was a lie. Once the contract was signed, she never visited once, demonstrating to me a predatory focus on "greed" over patient care. My brother urgently changed his plans in my absence when the neglect reached a critical level during the MRSA outbreak. Food was left outside the door, despite the fact that my sister was physically unable to retrieve it. She was left alone, hungry, and in distress. Most alarmingly, despite clear instructions and assurances that her DNR status would be updated by the visiting physician, your facility failed to update her chart. My sister did not survive three weeks in your care. Your refusal to prorate the intake fee despite this catastrophic failure is the final insult to her memory. This level of abandonment is inexcusable, and your facility is accountable for the lack of dignity and safety provided to my sister in her final days. I have her texts as proof.

We noticed she was always in the same dirty clothes. Her room was not clean. I ended up in the hospital for three weeks. Our family had a very concerning experience at this facility…read more My grandmother was admitted following a hospital discharge after a fall in which she hit her head and injured her shoulder. Despite this, neither issue was evaluated or addressed for more than a week, and only after our family repeatedly raised concerns with staff. She required a two-person assist for toileting, yet staff frequently refused to help her, leaving her in soiled briefs. When assistance was provided, the treatment was often lacking in compassion and professionalism. The facility was fully aware that our family holds power of attorney and health care surrogate authority and that we planned to relocate her closer to home. Despite this, care-plan meetings were held without our involvement. Additionally, attempts were made to pressure her into signing documents and transitioning into their assisted living program, which we found deeply inappropriate. Also, we needed a copy of her ID to take to the post office to close her PO box, and the Social services director Joyce treated us like we were criminals. Finally, while she was placed in a skilled nursing unit and billed as such, the level of skilled care expected did not appear to be consistently provided. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage families to be vigilant, ask detailed questions, and closely monitor the care of their loved ones if considering this facility, and please find somewhere else to take them.

But 5 months ago my Mom's AC failed and is still not fixed. I have complained as high up their management ladder I can find. And have heard 2 weeks to repair for 4 months. Their solution is a floor unit in my Mom's small family room which sits in the middle of the floor. Worse, there's no room for a unit in her bedroom. Anyway, please proceed with caution if you're looking at Hawthorne and talk to some residents but not the ones hand picked for insight.
