I have been to a lot of salons in the area and had a lot of disappointing manicures and pedicures. I truly enjoy this place though. I usually see Kim for my nails and Rose for my pedicures. A young man did a replacement of my nail tips and he filed my nails so hard he tore the skin off with three fingers. My fingers hurt for three days. The most painful and expensive nails I have ever had. The cost was $83.75. Needles to say I didn't give him a tip which always have done in the past. My pedicure snags on the bedsheets and the worker twice now turns the page of the pricing book to try and get you to get the more expensive pedicure . What an unprofessional joke. Usually they do an ok job but this time I left with 2 cuts. I asked for the sparkle over the peach color and when I noticed him doing it on just one finger I asked to make sure that they were all going to be peach and he said yes and by the time I realized he wasn't going to fix it it was too late and I didn't care anymore. I showed my nail technician a photo of what I wanted, and overall the nails turned out OK. One of the biggest disappointments was that my nails were all different lengths, they were filed at an angle so the were extremely uneven, and I was given more of a duck feet shape vs square.. I had to go home and file them myself to make them look somewhat presentable. I did a full powder set, with a painted design. I was charged $60 for a full set + gel, + $18 for designs. I did not have gel, and I am assuming she used gel for the design, but did not ask me if it was okay considering it's an $18 up charge. Really don't plan on being back unless the business can make it right. read more

Very nice pedicure. I paid $95 for one pedicure, one touch-up manicure and tip. Strong chemical smell from nail polish even though my appointment was just two hours after opening and I was wearing a mask (could smell chemical smell through mask too). Charges $1. extra to use a credit card even on a $95 bill. Good scrubbing on my calluses which was my main objective. Not very long, less than 5 min. massage. Did not get nail polish. Really came for calluses and massage. Good job on calluses. Let down on massage. All workers wore masks which was appreciated. Huge place. Very busy. read more

I mostly come to Tina's Nail Spa to get my eyebrows waxed and when I walk in through the door they know I'm there for an eyebrow waxed. They ask me "eyebrow wax" before I even tell them what my appointment is for and it makes me feel welcome! The staff are very nice and the place has a welcoming, open feel to it since they renovated. I enjoy the 10% off discount for students so bring a student ID if you're a student. Also, I recommend paying in cash since there's an extra fee for paying with card. Otherwise they do great quality work with waxing eyebrows! read more

Every employee I've met so far has been very kind, and they did an exceptional job on my nails in the photo included. They also did a good pedicure as well. Went and got nails done, they looked great. The next day the gel started peeling and got worse so I went back & they fixed them free of charge. Then the next day the gel polish started peeling off again. The polish should not last a day if I am being charged $60. Also waited over 30 minutes when I had an appt. read more

A mixture of modern design and oasis this nail spa is the place to be. They renovated the location which is up to date now. I got the Dip Powder which ran a little high at $46. You have to pick a color based on what you see in the containers they don't have examples like they do for gel. In a pinch while traveling I'd pay the high price to get a good set done. read more

Went to get a Mani and Pedi for my wedding and the technician filed my toe until it bled. She wasn't looking at my feet. She was just smiling at me when it happened. Tina's is looking great after the remodel. They even have 2 little kid chairs for pedi's. My mom and I went in on a Saturday morning, the place was packed. But they got us in after a short wait. They are inconsistent with how well they do especially when they're busy. I'm at the salon right now and my appt was at 3:00. There is clearly no room for me and it's 3:35. Even though I had an appt, there are women coming in and getting placed before me without appts and I'm sure for my simple design I will be charged a ridiculous amount. I have been here twice (wanting to give it a fair chance) but in both cases my shellac manicure peeled off within a week. They are obviously not using high quality shellac if this is the case. The actual salon is nice, newly renovated and appears to be clean but I can't pay for a shellac manicure to peel in only one week. read more

I've gone to many other nail salons in town and honestly I love Tina's. I've never been disappointed in what I get. They are accommodating to walk ins and don't treat you any different to those who have made an appointment, i usually walk in and I'm taken care of and it doesn't feel like they are rushing to get my nails done like some of the other places do when you're a walk in. Everyone who works here is very nice and more than willing to talk to you while doing your nails. The prices are good too, it's about $25 for a fill and $35-40 everywhere else Ive been and it's usually a rushed fill anywhere else because they just wanna get to the next person so I feel like im just a bother when I walk in at other places.
