Best service around, just ask for Mrs.Tina or Miss Lisa they will take care of you. Every aspect is great location vibes service is top tier!!

They Can Not Do Nails At All Please Don't Not Go Here And Spend Your Money I Got My Nails At Toes Done All My Polishes Coming Off And They Charged Me 45 Dollars For A Refill Dont Go Here At All

The worst place ever. I pray my nails heal. Press ons here I come I've learned my lesson. Always trying to give people n places the benefit of the doubt. My pedicure was good, my full set was performed by John who isn't good he doesn't listen and he files your nail to the nail bed even when you say it's hurting. They didn't want to take anything off the services or anything. They were willing to let me walk out with this mess while in pain. I went back in and Tina redone my nails to look better but i'm still in pain. Overall, I will not be going back to waste my time, money or energy.

My nails are horrible and they had the nerve to charge me $140 for these nails they are uneven bulky and all and she had the nerve to ask for a tip never again

    Crooked nails.

I came to this place a week ago for some baby pink coffin nails. I came out with short purple nails with glue residue still on my skin. The staff was so rude and rough. I told the man working on my nails that it hurt and he proceeded to work. I was sweating bullets and lightheaded from the pain! I went in asking for powder and was given a polish . My cuticles are absolutely wrecked and my nails are so unbelievably crooked. When I complained, I was brushed off or belittled. I'm so sorry for the negative review, I would just hate for someone to go there and get painful service. For those who have had a pleasant experience, I am definitely happy for your luck

I asked for Medium Length coffin.

When I found out I was locked in I CALLED THE POLICE!!! The other customers that were in there with me told me to be calm because Tina was not worth me going to jail over. This lady cut me to the point I bled. She threw her overhead lamp at me and paraded a bottle of mace in my face. She assaulted me and she's lucky I did not press charges. I filed a complaint with the Texas department of licensing and regulation. Which I encourage you all to do if your experience was anything like mine. These people do not respect us. Go where you are respected. The salon license number is 781417. Tina's personal license number is 1638802.

It was my first time visiting this place since they opened, I was greeted right away. I couldn't find any of their prices for sets or anything which I did not like. I asked for a manicure and right away this older woman started helping me and asked if I wanted my nails cut or not which my first answer was no but I changed my mind and noticed a change of attitude with the lady...she then started glueing the fake nails directly without doing a clean up on my nails did not cut my cuticles and honestly I was not satisfied with the customer service there. I showed a picture of what I wanted and received a totally different look. But hey I still left a tip and I can say they look cute but very bulky from the side.

    Shellac full set acrylics

Not sure why so many negative reviews but I have been coming here for 3 years and love it I will not go anywhere else to get my nails done Julie does the best so if you are wanting acrylics then ask for her better yet make an appointment. I am big on the file shape of my nail and she gets it right every time.

BEWARE, THEY WILL BURN YOUR FACE AND PEEL YOUR SKIN OFF. I went to this place on Monday afternoon around 6pm to wax my eye brows, chin & mustache. I also got a pedicure and manicure for me and my 92 year old mom. I started to get my mom's mustache & chin waxed, but it hurt me so much I told them not to do my mom. They kept laughing as though they were making fun of us. Anyhow, they burnt my face and pulled my skin off all over my face. The lady kept waxing and waxing. I knew it hurt me really bad, but I had no idea they had burnt me and pulled my skin off until the next day when I was still in a lot of pain and I was scarred really bad. I went to tell them and show them what they did to me the next afternoon. They offered to give me $20 back, but I told them my boss, whose an attorney, said they needed to refund me the whole $100.00 I spent there because they scarred and hurt me really bad. The manager told me no, she would not give me the whole $100.00 back and that they had an attorney too, so she did not care. I grabbed a card and left without the $20.00. Therefore, I give them the most horrible rating possible because they injured me and the manager did not care. The lady who waxed my face did apologize, but she needs training on how to do waxes. I have had my face waxed many times before and this has never happened to me. I attached a picture of myself from Tuesday and one from Wednesday. The lighter picture is from Wednesday.

Went in for a shellac mani on 5/24. It is now 5/27. What the hell.

I came in for a basic pedicure (about $34) and was the only customer in the salon. Even with no one else there, the service felt rushed and lacked effort. The tech was very light-handed and didn't thoroughly remove the dead skin from my heels. To make matters worse, once my pedicure was finished, I was asked to move to the drying station instead of drying in the pedicure chair. I was working during my appointment, so I had to pack up and move my laptop, devices, and other belongings for no apparent reason, despite the salon being empty. It was unnecessarily inconvenient. As my polish was drying, I noticed my heels were still rough. When I pointed it out, I was told I had chosen the basic pedicure and that I "needed a cheese grater." I disagreed. My (80 year old) longtime nail tech had never used a cheese grater and consistently leaves my heels smooth using standard tools and proper technique for my basic pedicure. What disappointed me most was that they refused to correct the issue, even though there were no other customers waiting. It would have taken just a few extra minutes to make things right. A basic pedicure should leave your feet feeling smooth, and good customer service means addressing reasonable concerns when they're brought up. Unfortunately, this salon did neither, and I won't be returning. Guest relations go a long way

At this point, I think it's safe to call The Bellagio our family nail salon. Yes, the whole family!…read moreOne of the biggest reasons I continue coming here is that they have multiple quality nail techs. I love having a favorite tech just like anyone else, but sometimes you need an appointment when you need an appointment! Whether I book with someone specifically or come in without requesting a particular person, I can pretty confidently expect my nails to be up to my standards when I leave. They also have the cutest smaller pedicure chairs for little ones, which is a huge plus for us because my toddler LOVES accompanying me. It makes our nail days something she can actually participate in instead of just sitting around waiting on me. They have tons of colors to choose from, the pricing has always felt reasonable, and I've been happy with the quality of the work. Plus the complimentary beverage. My one little complaint and something I find myself having to repeat is PLEASE let me keep my real nails! My natural nails generally grow pretty long and strong on their own, so I'm not looking to cut them down or replace what I already worked hard to grow. I mainly want my polish, shaping and maintenance. Sometimes I have to reiterate that part more than I'd like. Other than that, this continues to be a salon I'm comfortable recommending. Good prices, plenty of color choices, several talented techs, and even the smallest member of the family can get in on nail day.

It was a little chaotic as there is no signage instructing where or how to sign in and some guests were standing around chatting with people getting serviced. I happened to ask a male nail tech working at the first station and he directed me to the counter where you pay. WRONG you check in at either front kiosk using your phone number. Lily was the tech assigned to me. I advised her that we were first timers. She welcomed me with a warm smile and a thank you. She took her time to give me the best experience she could offer. She ended my visit with another smile and "I hope to see you next time". I am happy with my pedi so I will request Lilly for my next appt. I recommend this salon.
