Went back in & politely said "Hey, the pump seems to be broken, can I move to another pump"? Was told I would have to preauthorize another $40. Said "ok, can you give me a receipt from my 1st purchase showing charge was only $5.85" (my fault for not making sure I got 1 but I never rec'd a receipt from my 1st purchase)? Was rudely told no & when I again asked politely for a receipt showing what I was charged was told "you just don't want to understand" & "lady you're gonna have to talk to your bank". I explained that as a customer in their business who spent money at their establishment I was owed a receipt. At that point the tall male attendant began to yell (literally yell...with other customers in the store) at me as if I was an imbecile. I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect at a GAS STATION! I then asked to speak to the owner, Mr. "Sunny Patel" & when I was given the phone to speak with him he only wanted to talk over me & said there wasn't anything he COULD DO or was willing TO DO to rectify the situation. Customer service is obviously NOT of importance to this small-town station. And it's quite obvious the southern hospitality trait we're so well-known for here in TN missed that entire group all together. Craziness I tell ya
