As a property manager, you probably cannot find anyone that is worse than they are. They charge the landlord 9% monthly fee. When there is a repair, landlord does not get notified. Even you get notified, they charge higher than what they told you. You even can find tenant faster than they are. They do not let you select tenant. However, they tenant they find for you are either not enough income or with bad credit. You don't get the rent. When you try to talk to them, they either don't get back to you or just ignore your email. Unless you like to put yourself into trouble, you'd better stay away from them. It is a horrible experience. I noticed that many of these reviews are from some time ago, and I have had recent transactions with both the Sales side and Property Management side of Tinetti Realty and am very pleased with their service? I originally contacted Tinetti to speak with an agent to help me purchase an investment home. With the UC booming, I plan to purchase several investment homes in the area and needed a straight up REALTOR who would give me good advice on market conditions and what areas would be good for my investments. Luckily, I hooked up with Katelyn Bennett (agent) who was quick on her feet and super knowledgable on areas. We had some bumps thru escrow, but none that could have been avoided by her. I had the option of managing my own property since I have some experience but decided to give Tinettis PM a shot. They have been very responsive when work has been needed at my units, and marketed my unit very well when it was vacant. I am pleased to have found a company that I can actually trust and who communicates in a timely manner! It's hard to find people to do the basics that should come natural now a days. I am currently purchasing a 2nd investment with Katelyn now that their PM has taken care of my 1st investment for over a year now. I am honestly shocked at the negative reviews on here since my experience has been so good?. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I loved having Gonella Reality manage our apartments but ever since Tinetti took over its been awful. EVERY single time I call the office I'm constantly getting put on hold for so long that the line just disconnects or either theyve hung up on me. Not to mention getting the "run around" treatment. Work orders go mysteriously missing even though I've called about the same problem numerous times. I pay enough money to these people every month to be able to at least have a working laundry mat room. Instead I go in to see a less than poor job. A large peice of door stripping just leaning on the wall WITH NAILS STICKING OUT OF IT. A broken lightbulb and glass laying on top of the dryer with a left behind glove. So ofcourse I try to contact the Supervisor about this matter seeing as nothing has gotten fixed but she's only there 3 hours out of the day as I was told by the front desk. My son had a recent bad experience with Tinetti. He tried to rent an apartment from them and was required to pay a $20 application fee but was told that he could not see the apartment until the application was approved, basically buying a pig in a poke. His application was disapproved and they told him they did not legally have to tell him why and kept the $20, of course. $20 is a lot of money to him since he is disabled and his only income is disability. When I talked to them they did not seem to know what they were doing and kept referring me to some else who just happened to not be there! Don't deal with these people! read more

This "business" deserves nothing but negativity. This was absolutely the worse experience ever!! Lea the "property manager" or whatever her position is there obviously has no customer service experience because she's rude. Not only did they take FOREVER To get my deposit back. She fought with me on the phone saying she sent the estimated statement for final move out, when I went to pick up my deposit she the said we never put a forwarding address down? When we did with Angie the front desk girl. Which was left blank apparently because they told us was never filled out. This company is so disgustingly unprofessional. I DO NOT Recommend them to anyone!! Do not rent from them. Trust me it's not worth the headache dealing with them. And to add The guy that goes to the house to fix things takes lunch as he is fixing things in the house. Please don't rent from them. You'll be making a huge mistake! read more

I was a good tenant for over a year. Earlier this year I was required to start paying rent online and accidentally put in a wrong number and am now being charged $25. There was no verfication of my account number when I added the bank account and for a small mistake was charged. The website should have a verfication step to ensure that the correct number is entered but instead looks like a minimalistic site. I tried to call the office but was told that it was my mistake. The other payment options are outrageously expensive. If their merchant is charging that much in processing such exessive fees they obviously do not have a very good relationship or thet are purposely adding on fees to make more money. With no option to pay at the office and only the online option to pay rent (free if you put in your routing/account, or a fee for debit, or 7-11 pay option with big fees) I feel that the company is just trying to save money in employee time and jack up rates with the fees. Even big credit card companies will take off fees, we all make mistakes, but they have no repect for good tenants. I will pay but still cannot understand their mentailty. read more
