Beyond the billing dispute, I was also uncomfortable with certain aspects of the onboarding process, including requests to transmit sensitive personal information through standard email communication. Almost a year later we found out that he didn't enter the petition for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy until a month later. In the mean time a judgement was entered against the codebtor (the only one to own property). He assured us that Ch13 would protect our assets. Now, he tucked tail and states he represents the debtor and it's a conflict of interest to speak to us, even though we paid the fee for the debtor. No moral character, lousy attorney and does not follow through
