I found Jermaine's web sight and his credentials were great. I called him and verified that he would do the job. I told him I lived 100 miles from the property I needed the job done. We arranged a meeting time at the property. We met at the property at the scheduled time and after going through the apartment. I got a quote for the job. We agreed that his price was fair. I paid for the job and he offered to go back and get his equipment and helpers and return to finish the job the same day. I will add Jermaines business was located 45 miles from the job sight. He was supposed to pick up mattresses and never did, which left me having to throw them into our dumpster myself. He then took the appliances to scrap for money and was supposed to come back afterward, but never showed back up. We were told he would arrive at 9:00 AM, and he didn't show up until around 3:30 PM with no professionalism or communication.
