I never feel that she is in a hurry to get to the next patient. When blood work is needed, it is convenient because they have a lab on the premises, you don't have to arrange to have it done elsewhere. They also can do EKG's if necessary. Instead, you are instructed to leave a message for a call back, but they don't call back either. I called several times over 2 days without an answer. Had to go in person. When I arrived, there were 4 people at the front desk, yet no one could answer the calls and no one could call back. It's unbelievable how a medical office can run a business in this manner. These physicians are going to lose business due to the staffing and how they run the office. I won't be going back.
