We were vacationing in Copenhagen and decided to stay in for dinner one night. We were in the mood for pizza. Tino's was right around the corner. We called and placed an order for (5) Margherita pizzas, as we were told one pizza would feed one person. We were five people. We were told they would be ready in about 10-15 minutes. We were in walking distance, but had to stop and pick up beverages at the grocery store as well, which was a few blocks away. We likely arrived at the pizza shop about 30-40 minutes after we called and placed the order. I speak Danish - so I was greeted with "We need to talk. Where have you been?" I was taken back by the rude question. Then as the worker rung up my order, asked why I ordered five Margarita pizzas. He wasn't joking. There was no smile on his face. I explained why - but in retrospect I should have left without the pizza. The entire experience was awful. The pizza (all five of them) were fine. read more
