The body shop (not PS) could only replace it in its original color of magnetic grey which did not match the teal wrap I had from the time I'd driven it home new from the dealership. Perfect Shade gave me a choice of colors from which I chose one that appealed to me. It looked a little odd but that was how I liked it. Second visit was when the original wrap needed replacing after 6 years. Again I got to pick a color that appealed to me which looked just like the original wrap. They had a hard time getting old wrap off of the roof and worked late to get it done before my rental went into its fourth day. It still looks a little odd with the dichromate bumper but I still like it that way. Now my six year old Prius looks brand new again. The people are so nice and friendly you just could not ask for more.

It's rare these days to find someone who truly cares about the customer, especially when it's an issue unrelated to their work. The car was shipped directly to the store we purchased it before it even got to the lot. The point is it had never even been driven. Tint world inspected the car when we dropped it off to get the windows tinted and a clear bra put on it. They told us it would be ready in a few days. When we came to pick it up underneath the clear bra it looked like there was a small pebble underneath the clear bra. They gave us the car like here you go, it was very noticeable so we brought it up. The first thing the guy says is it looks like a rock chip (which would make no sense since since it had barely been driven as well as they inspected the car when we dropped it off. They said to leave it with them and they would take a look the next day and fix it. So we had to go back again the next day and when they brought it over the "rock chip" was gone but there were multiple scratches on our brand new car. It looked like someone used a razor blade to cut the edges and actually cut our car with the blade, in multiple areas as well as one of the scratches was deep enough it went below the paint. We asked them about it and they said "it's industry standard" it's industry standard to scratch up a car that had no scratches??!!! Their attitude was horrible. He acted as if we were being dramatic. There were also places where it looked like someone with dirty fingers touched the car then instead of wiping it off they just put the clear bra right over the dirty fingerprint (on a white car). He said oh let me take it yo the back and see if that will come off. He took the car to the back for a while and we went back there and they were trying to buff off the scratch and in doing so they damaged it even more! We said don't touch the car anymore and took it home. We called the shop the next day to file a complaint, left multiple messages to speak to the owner and he would never call back. Finally one day when I called he was there and actually answered the phone. When I told him my name he paused (probably because he knew I had left multiple messages and he never returned them). I told him I wanted them to file a claim with their insurance and pay for the damages. He said they don't go through insurance. I took my car to another shop to get it fixed and have a new clear bra put on. I told the owner of Tint world he needed to pay for both the repairs as well as the new clear bra since I had to get it taken off to repair the damages. Long story short, he ended up paying the shop for the new clear bra but never paid for the damages, nor returned any of my money. I would highly recommend that no one goes to this place. They did a horrible job putting the clear bra on and also damaged my car and on top of that didn't seem to care to get it fixed. I have attached a few pictures of the damages.
