Surprised at how this went as I called the shop for an appointment on 3/20/24. Th appointment was schedule for 3/28/24, and I was quoted $475 for ceramic tint. I showed up on 3/25/24 so that the installers could take a look at my truck, and the clerk at the register told me that I was not in the system. I was surprised but I was willing to get input into the system as I had time. After an unusually difficult process of the clerk making a call and getting info from I guess the owner, I was given a new quote of $561. Unfortunately, I did not have the appetite for the scheduling issue and a price adjustment, so I left as there are alternatives that are just as good if not better. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE read more

I have used this company twice. I got a new Camaro with no tent on the windows and it was extremely annoying because I came from a Camaro With all tinted windows and the windshield tinted. Their medium grade tint on all of my windows and it comes with a lifetime warranty. They did a great job no bubbles or variances. I wasn't a happy customer, in fact, I was highly disappointed. I brought my Range Rover in for wrapping of some trim and the grill. After 5 hours, only the grill had been done and it looked as if a child had trimmed around it. The wrap was already peeling and was not adhered properly. I stood there with the manager while the technician stared and made excuses for it. The emblems words "RANGE ROVER" looked horrible with the lack of attention to detail and haphazard placement. I had them remove all the wrap they had done on the grill and the emblem. It took them 5 whole hours JUST to do that AND he still didn't get to the back of the vehicle. Not only did the manager give a half apology, but he offered no incentive or suggestion on how to fix it. I remained calm and explained my concern with the lack of attention to detail and the thought that they would assume I would pay for and leave with work that looked like it belonged on a early 2000's Nissan Titan. Don't do it! Our vehicle tint was so badly done that we returned in the hopes that the owner would make it right. It was a mistake. We try to champion and support black business but TintLife was the worst experience. we uploaded photos. pictures say a thousand words. Yesterday morning at 11:00am I had dropped off my vehicle to be tinted. (removal and tinting) Although I know this is a long process I received my vehicle very last at 6:00pm. I understand that things may happen to prevent the estimated time of completion, however I wasn't notified on the status of my vehicle near closing time. After calling 30 minutes till close I still wasn't given an update on my vehicle. Communication with this establishment was very poor and unprofessional. After receiving my vehicle I inspected it and found my vehicle to be totally littered with debris and stains in the back seat. I took it back and they seemed to wipe it down but checking in the next morning the stains were not gone. I am very disappointed in the cleaning of vehicles after the installment. read more

I noticed my drivers side window was rippled and my view was distorted so I called Tint Life Window Tinting and they took care of the removal of the original tint and replaced it with new tint. I worked for him for 2 months and he refuses to pay me. He also owes a couple of other tinters money as well. He doesn't take care of his contractors. Im currently in the process of contacting the BBB to talk about this matter. He would also pay women for services with the money that he owes to other contractors and tells us he lost the money or he's going to pay us later. The owner name is Earl and he has little too no experience being a window tinter. All of his work that he does always has mistakes and looks like a child is cutting the film. And from what I heard he is dealing with tax fraud due to not paying his employees a fare wage and its like he's avoiding paying taxes. The inside of his shop looks ok but from the front door it looks like an unsafe environment for everyone. I've notice he will put cheap film on people's cars even though they pay for ceramic. He's ripping people off in the end of the day and isn't a very bad business man at that. Do not spend money here or work here! He needs to be investigated! I was told the tint job would only take 3 hours. I arrived at 9:30 am and did not leave until 2:30 pm. The tint job was decent; the quality of the tint material they use looks good and appears to refract heat as stated in the description. Kudos to the the tech who installed the tint; however even after a 5 hour wait time there were mistakes on my back windshield that had to be corrected. When I asked the owner/manager of the shop if any type of compensation or discount would be provided, he nonchalantly replied "No". I don't believe he is interested in customer loyalty or customer service, seems to be more concerned about his revenue stream. Funny thing is, I have three more cars that I need tint put on too.
