The first tint job was great. Professional, reliable, good communication, good result, good price. I later asked for another layer because I needed it a little darker. The work was done and paid for by my spouse. Right after paying, she wanted to confirm that it was still legal and was told that it wasn't. We weren't informed that it was going to be illegal and didn't give any suggestions that we wanted it illegal. So TJ just ripped it off and left, without any discussion on reimbursement. I have never had an experience where a service company expected the customer to know the legalities of their service, but apparently, that's what is expected by Top Hat. read more
