After a little over a week, everything was finished. The house exterior looked wonderfully refreshed and the yard was left clean of all debris. What I liked best about this company was how well they communicated when and what things would be done to the house. They were good about setting dates and keeping to the promised schedule. If someone was going to come out to the house for a task, they always informed me about it. If I had a question or concern, they were easily reachable. Unlike some contractors I've had in the past, they didn't disappear for weeks in the middle of the job. They got it done quickly all in one go and on time, which meant minimal disruption to my daily routine. Highly recommended!

Not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but the only company to provide an in-home demo of the actual windows we were purchasing. With such a big home improvement project, you want to feel confident that you made the right choice. Shortly after signing the paperwork, they sent someone out to measure. Then we waited quite a while for the job to be scheduled. Unfortunately, installation occurred during a weeklong heat wave. Yet the guys rarely complained, and spent four full days installing our windows. If I have any complaints, it's about their after sale customer service. The day our installation wrapped up, I noticed a slash in one of the screens, and was assured they'd order a replacement and have it sent to us. Three months later we still had no screen, so my husband and I started calling. Every call was treated as a brand new sales call and no one seemed to know anything about our replacement screen. Finally, someone came out and made us a new screen onsite. However, he re-screened it too tightly, and the frame warped. More phone calls and more confusion on their part made us feel like we were in the twilight zone. Ultimately, we took the frame to their office and they fixed it there, which was an additional inconvenience. Other than these few snafus, we're happy with the work.
