The job was cleaning windows (both inside & outside), plus pressure washing (the street curb, our…read moresidewalk, a single concrete pad, and some "spots" on our driveway). We had used Window Genie previously, but quite some time ago (2019). At that time they did an excellent job. For this job, we contacted them and Gary came by and we discussed our needs, got a quote, and then scheduled the work (within 2 days). Gary was very courteous and helpful and talked us through the process. Today (08/06/2025) two of their employees (Steenley & Colton) called prior to arriving to let us know when to expect them. They both were very courteous and friendly. I walked them around the house, pointing out where faucets were and we discussed the "spots" on driveway. They started right up, with one doing power washing and the other doing the exterior of the windows. They had good equipment for the project (ladders as needed, plus the power washing equipment). Our street curb and sidewalk had never been power washed since we built the house (15 years ago). There was considerable algae and dirt that accumulated over time. However, they did a first pass with power washer, then a cleansing agent, and then a scrubbing device. This really did a nice job of cleaning those surfaces. Once complete outside, I showed them around the interior and they started on cleaning windows inside. They were very respectful of our house and used "booties" when inside. They did an excellent job. We would highly recommend using this operation for both power washing and window cleaning.
