Went to Tint World on the user reviews of this place and they did not dissapoint. Had my car tinted and everything was explained to me by Joe and he was able to take me that day. My car was done in about 2 hours and looked great. However, 2 weeks later I noticed some bubbling on my front windows. As told to me by Joe that I have a lifetime warranty and to bring the car in. I set up an appointment to show the bubbling on the tint. Joe said no issue we will replace your tint. It took a bit of time because they had to remove my tint and then reapply. The tint looks awesome! My issues were addressed and fixed without any issues. Joe who is the manager is fantastic and very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone considering car tint in the area. read more

Great place! On my first visit I had my vehicle tinted and everything went perfect. When it was finished, I asked the manager about replacing my head unit,he gave me a fair price and installed it in about ten minutes. On my second visit, I needed a minor wiring issue fixed. The owner fixed it on the spot and only charged me for the part! These guys are ok in my book! read more

Location did a decent job with the tint. However, during the process they melted/burned the outer door pillar on my Lexus. They said they would replace it. After more than a month and multiple phone calls to them, they've failed to replace the part. Thoroughly look at your car after leaving this place. There's no guarantee that they'll fix it. read more

So, I go in today at 8am when they first open to have my new car tinted. The guy there sizes me up and decides not to offer me service. He says, "it's really busy today. Let me check in the back....yeah, it's really busy now." There was not a single person in there and no cars were in the back. I can't understand it. I spoke to a sales person on Friday and said I'd bring my car in on Saturday morning. If they didn't want to serve a woman, they could have at least had the decency to let me know that on the phone and save me the trip in there this morning. A waste of time for nothing! read more

I have been planning to upgrade my audio system in my 2007 porsche 911 to the newest technology. I found 3 shops in my area, however the first 2 left me totally confused not only with their explanations of the various units but with their warnings of extremely difficult installation. Being somewhat disappointed I decided to check the 3rd on my list Tint World on Congress in Boynton. Much to my delight not only were Joe and Adam welcoming Adam took the time to ask questions regarding what features I wanted before making his recommendations. He explained that although the installation was challenging it was not difficult and would be done in a day. On Adams recommendation I purchased the Pioneer Nex 8000 which has every feature I wanted and more. I was impressed with this business. The staff was pleasant and knowledgable. They did a heck of a job detailing my car. While working on my car the glass fell out of one side view mirror and broke. I've had two cars tinted here within the last three months, and both experiences were great. The staff is knowledgeable and great to work with, and they get the job done right the first time and fast. Worst place ever. Low end over priced stereo equipment. They installed a stereo in my truck that sounded horrible. Tried repeatedly to have system co with no success. Was told there's not much they could do. They might tint Windows good but stereos in not there expertise. On top of everything they scuffed/scratched my driver quarter panel about a foot long and did a shitty job on touching it up. I brought my MINI Cooper into the Boynton Beach location for a full tint of all the windows. The experience was exceptionally great. Customer service was amazing. The tint was awesome. The time frame that it would take to have the job done was an estimated 3 hours so the manager actually offered and took me home in his BMW and came back to pick me up from my home and brought me back to the store when the job was completed that says a lot for caring about your customers and providing good customer service. I feel it is only fitting to come back and share an additional update on this one... given the experience was so bad and U did not think it would have gotten any worse. The following day I went to another stereo store and purchased a stereo and installation.. Frankly I was eager to get this bad unit and experience out of my memory. At the new location I found 2 (that were told to me) issues with the original installation at Tiny World. 1, they never pulled the wire back for the backup camera. They simply disconnected it and left an exposed wire in the harness among the other cabling. The new unit I purchased did not have a backup camera, so this wire was removed as requested. The second issue, the one that warrants a follow up to the original complaint is more serious. There was excess wire, and instead of being terminated or disconnected, it was wrapped around the break pedal. In my limited driving of the car I did not notice a difficulty with applying the breaks but seriously Tint World? Because you do a poor job with the installation and you are called out on it, you sabotage the car of a new driver? I truly hope someone from Tint World reads this review and takes it seriously. I would not go back to this business if they were providing services for free. Knowing what I know now about them causing potential issues to the movement of a vehicle, I am seeking alternatives to file additional complaints against this business. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Took my Audi there today to tint, and they told me it would take 1.5 hours, so I decided to wait. IT TOOK 3 HOURS!!!!! To add insult to injury, the workers were very rude and unfriendly and left customers in the waiting room unattended. All the time loud music could be heard playing from the bay/work area in the customer waiting area. When I asked why my car was taking so long, they became unfriendly and rude, and never gave an explanation why the work was taking twice as long as promised. After 3 hours they brought the car around and I paid; they gave me my receipt/invoice without an apology and I left. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!! read more

After I bought my Corvette, I took it right over to Cary and the guys at Tint World. They had tinted my previous vehicles and I was always very pleased with the results. My Vette was no different, dropped it off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon, car was clean and the tint was perfect. A couple of weeks later I went back for a full front end SunTek PPF install. The film is amazing and they did an outstanding job on all the custom work around the splitter and side skirts. I have received a ton of compliments on the job because unless you know the car is covered you would never notice it with the naked eye. They had me stop back the following week to address any imperfections after the film was cured and when I left, the job was flawless. Kudos to these guys. If your looking for the lowest price go ahead and let someone do a crappy job like so many of these cars around here, but if you want to have it done right with quality materials and workmanship this is your place. read more
