Continuing to tweak the Sprinter van, today's stop was for tinting the back windows. I didn't like the look of the Reflectix insulation on the inside being visible from the outside and so I stopped here to see what they might be able to do. Mark came out with me to the van, checked it out and offered a quote. I accepted and we set an appointment for Tuesday. He also said that he could try to see about installing my upgraded horn. I arrived on time and my van was immediately taken to the back to be worked on. It took them a good while because the windows are sort of behind the mattress platform and a bit of a challenge to access. As well, they're a non-standard size. But even with those challenges, Tint World kept the price and the new tinted windows (5% limo black) look fantastic. I'm super pleased with them. Thanks, Mark. Great work! This is a wonderful business! I needed some windows re-tinted from the manufacture. I took the vehicle in and spoke with Jared. He was very informative gave me exactly what needed to be done. I left the vehicle there and was forced to leave it overnight. They were nice enough to park it inside, so it will be protected. The following day I picked it up absolutely beautiful. First, the price quoted did not include stripping the tint off of the windows, when I clearly told them this was needed. There was no mention that it could ruin my headliner which is now falling down. There are stains on the upholstery in the back and looks like bleach stains on my front passenger carpet. There are streaks running down my doors. And they did not say one word to me about any of this when I picked up the vehicle. When I called, they told me that they were not stains, they were moisture marks and they would go away. Which they have not. They also blamed the headliner on my vehicle's age And tried to tell me that it was like that when they received the car. I called corporate number they called me back gave me the exact same line of BS. So now it's going to cost me $600 to replace my headliner and upholstery. read more

Tint World Review I just picked up my new rav4 and decided I needed some tints to beat the SWL heat. I headed on over to Tint World run by Mark. I'll tldr here at the top, in Mark's own words: "Don't expect your tints to be perfect" This was an unpleasureable experience to say the least, from start to finish, which ultimately led to me being issued a refund after fruitless warranty claims. I ordered the top shelf SunTek evolv for my vehicle from Tint World, and the installation was horrendous from day 1. I have attached pictures to verify my claim. Every instance of any sort of interaction to get Tint World to remedy the issues with my tint install, was met with an uncomfortable psychological assault where Mark, in an agitated state and temperamental tone, would try to convince me that all the bubbles and adhesive failures were standard and that there was nothing wrong with the install. The excuses were ever evolving, ranging from "the bubbles will go away in a week" to "you have to see the bubbles from 10 feet away," none of this verbiage is in the service contract, mind you. After numerous stop bys to "touch up" the tint and repetitive and fruitless warranty claim redos, all in the span of 6 weeks, I had enough of the games and demanded a refund, even escalating the case to corporate. It took them a week to reach back out to me, and even demanded that I sign a release from posting a negative review online as a stipulation of the refund. How uncouth. It also speaks volumes about their franchise business practices that they have this form readily available to deploy in circumstances like this one I experienced. Customer service is horrendous. My issues with the tint job were met with disdain, animosity, and resentment, as if I was the one in the wrong for not wanting to get ripped off with the poor workmanship that did not meet the warranty contract standards at any point of time. If you care about your vehicle, I would recommend avoiding Tint World at all costs. They did a poor job on my vehicle install, and tried to convince me that that's just the standard way tints are installed. What a joke. Poor business practices, poor craftsmanship and just an overall unprofessional establishment. Avoid at all costs, save yourself the headache. read more

I have now had two cars tinted at this location and they have both been so easy! Nothing is easy these days, so this is a big deal!
