Jess was wonderful, asked several questions to make sure she understood my needs and gave me a fair quote. Mark came out with me to the van, checked it out and offered a quote. I accepted and we set an appointment for Tuesday. He also said that he could try to see about installing my upgraded horn. I arrived on time and my van was immediately taken to the back to be worked on. It took them a good while because the windows are sort of behind the mattress platform and a bit of a challenge to access. As well, they're a non-standard size. Working in the rain with the doors opened flooding the interior on a brand new vehicle. The owner was nasty in saying the door need to be opened during the installation although not when it's raining and the wind is blowing the rain sideways into my week old brand new vehicle. Then after twice of failed attempts I refused any additional service and owner refused a refund. Had to proceed with legal representation. RUN RUN RUN.. You'll thank me later. Worst customer service. They contract out the work to anybody that has a vehicle.
