Although we still disagree about what caused the original problems, Bruce agreed to reinstall my remote start/alarm at no charge. I expected them to reinstall my old equipment, but they actually installed a new kit and also reconnected my dash cam for free. It's been a couple of weeks and everything is working perfectly with no electrical issues. I still stand by my original review because it accurately describes what happened at the time, but I also believe in giving credit where it's due. I sincerely appreciate Bruce reconsidering the situation and DeDona ultimately making things right.

I spent about 10k on full PPF and ceramic by Shine Shop and am incredibly disappointed. When I…read morefirst got my car back, I immediately noticed bubbles and sloppy edges in the PPF. I sent it back and had them fix the issues, free of charge. Despite taking proper precautions during the initial curing period, I found even more bubbles and lifted edges on the PPF after that, but I live too far and it's too inconvenient for me to send my car back a second time. I'll probably just get it redone somewhere else at some point. What a waste of money.
