November 21, 2021 I purchased touchscreen apple carplay for my 2017 infiniti QX60 suv, which required a $100 down payment that I paid on the day of purchase. The item was installed in my 2017 infiniti qx60 suv on February 21, 2022 which required me to pay $924 payment to complete the transaction on my credit card that same day. Prior and post service installation I was never given an invoice for the item I originally purchased nor was I presented any documentation for me to sign. The only thing I received was receipts that I paid for both transactions. Once I realized that the item was not touchscreen apple carplay I immediately contacted Nate the rep for Dino's Audio. I explained to him that this is not what I ordered and he responded by saying unfortunately it is not touchscreen and you will have to use the stereo knob to operate. I continue to explain my dissatisfactions and Nate just continues to suggest alternate options for me to utilize the item. Nate even suggested I go to amazon to purchase an Apple Lightning to Digital AV Adapter to use. I told Nate that I want to return the item and had to continue to call several times in order for him to get this item returned, which is the reason why it took from February 2022 to May 2022 to get completed. Once the employees at Dinos Audio removed the item on May 4, 2022 Nate handed my keys and I had to ask him about my refund. This is when he said for the first time that they don't refund only store credits. Obviously this was not told to me before or during the entire process. This policy is not on the website nor presented to me anytime from November 21, 2021 through May 4, 2022. Now I went back to Dino's audio on May 6th, 2022 at 4pm to request all documents that I signed. Nate did not have any documents I signed and he only gave me an invoice which is the first time I received and says at the bottom "no refunds. only store credits''. At the end of all of this I was rewarded a full refund $1024 through my credit union.

I took the truck to Todd Electronic Radio and had Mike go through the installations. He found some issues with the wiring that were contributors and found that the settings on the receiver were not best and when he got everything synced - MAN what a difference! I didn't need to replace anything - I just needed it to work together (as intended). Todd only charged me for an hour of his time and I left with my stereo system completely put together right and have had no issues since then. I would completely recommend them if you have auto electronic issues. I have found no one as experienced and committed to getting things right as these folks! As well as charged a transaction fee for using a capital one credit card. They know they are incredibly sleazy and practice bad business, the proof is in their no refund policy. They do not offer assistance with their products nor do they stand behind them. Lastly they were no help answering my questions about installing the amp, despite the fact they are listed as an authorized Memphis dealer. They will not take good care of you! My amp was successfully installed by me, with help from Memphis customer support and no thanks to Kustom Car Toys. (I highly recommend going two miles up the road to Best Buy)
