I got my first quote back in November of 2022 for the tons of work that I planned on getting done at Tint World. This included: Removing my original tint & replacing it with ceramic tint, windshield tint, PPF installation, ceramic coating, remote start installation, replacing all speakers, amplifier & subwoofer installation, & a dashcam. All of this has cost me close to 8k. I realized how much money I was going to be spending, but I trusted that Tint World would do a good & HONEST job. After getting the work done, I lost the phone control on my steering wheel but was reassured that this was simply due to my car being so new, but eventually I would be able to get it back. Again, I was very trusting as I truly know nothing when it comes to the technology in cars, so I put a lot of faith in those who do. Approx. 3 months after getting all this work done, I started experiencing trouble with my microphone during phone calls. Tint World was able to get me in the next day to work on it. They found that the Planet Audio stereo they originally installed had been discontinued and they were kind enough to replace it with a Sony stereo at no charge to me. After leaving Tint World I noticed when I turned on my car I was greeted with a loud & unpleasant message over the speakers stating, "Communication module error detected, please contact your dealer." In addition to this, I lost 3 more functions on my steering wheel. These concerns were brought to Tint World and they said this information was relayed to me when I picked up the car, but was very untrue. I was told that the ability to retain the phone steering wheel control was still not possible, but I was never informed that I lost 3 additional controls. I then took my vehicle to 3 different shops to try to get some help and finally found one that could. I contacted Tint World about the factory harness, & was told no factory harness was cut and they never try to do that, so everything was plug and play. Yet again, I trusted this information and patiently awaited my appointment with a new shop to get the stereo replaced, get my steering wheel controls back, and hopefully get rid of the loud message when turning on the car. Fast forward 3 weeks, I remembered that I was given back all the factory things that were taken out of my car, including the original stereo. Upon simply looking at the back of the stereo, you can clearly see that the wiring was cut meaning that what they did to my car was not in fact "plug and play". I value honesty above everything, so to be blatantly lied to about what was done to my car was honestly appalling. Thankfully, the new shop I took my car to was able to splice the wires with no issues. Unfortunately, they were unable to get the loud message to stop & I was told that my best option was to take it to a dealership. I took my car to the dealership this past Saturday and the technician spent approx. 4 hours trying to find the issue and was unable to, so I had to leave my car with them that following Monday for 2 days. I was informed that the issue was finally found with one of the computers, and the piece could be replaced. I received my final phone call from the dealership Tuesday afternoon and was informed that after further inspection, the technician found that factory wiring was cut & damaged when the remote start and dashcam were installed and it caused the computer to short circuit, causing the error message. This was the final straw that ultimately pushed me to write this long review, as I just feel that the electrical work was done with no true care & honesty. There should be no reason to jeopardize the integrity of someone's vehicle. All in all, getting everything fixed has cost me almost 3k. My experience with Tint World has caused me nothing but frustration and sadness. They did a great job with my tint and the exterior work, but when it comes to anything electrical, I would steer clear & go somewhere where that is something they truly specialize in. They are called Tint World for a reason, so only go there for your tint or just not at all. read more

I contacted them back in February to have some personalization done on a new vehicle I just purchased. I am still waiting to have it done. I don't hear from them and when I contact them I am repeatedly told that they're still working on it. My new TESLA needed window tinting for the extreme Arizona summer heat. I stopped by Tint World and spoke with Jared who suggested their ceramic film that blocks UV and IR heat. He was able to schedule the install for the next day. I had the film applied to all the windows and it was a clean installation, showing quality workmanship. Driving home in the 112 degree Scottsdale heat I noticed a huge reduction of interior heat, and the air conditioner fan runs at a lower speed - using less battery power and extending range. I highly recommend Tint World. The quality and service is excellent and the price was fair. I will be back soon for some protective paint wraps. read more
