It's summer in South Florida, so I needed to get my car windows tinted. I reached out to a friend…read morefor a recommendation and I was told this place did good work. I called to get more information about the options and prices. I spoke to Jimmy and from what I understand, he is the owner. He explained the different options and price points. I agreed to come in Monday morning. Upon arriving to the shop I met with a young man at the desk. I explained that I spoke to Jimmy a few days before and came in to get my car windows tinted. The young man quoted me with different prices than was already given. For example with Jimmy the starting rate was $190, with this young man the starting rate was $240 an almost 30% mark up. I do not like dishonesty and I definitely don't respect any business taking advantage of people. I explained to the young man that I was quoted a different price and if he did not plan on honoring it then I needed to speak to the owner. Three calls were made to the owner and there was no answer. At this point I was ready to walk. The young man had an about face and stated he would complete the job at the price the owner quoted me at. I found this very disingenuous. I must admit he did a good job despite the initial attempting to haggle me in the beginning. When I checked in there was a $30 off Yelp discount but he reported he has never seen it before and could not process it. I wish more business respected 'word of mouth' referrals as it's the best way to get people in your door. A word of advice being honest and consistent is always the best business practice. I will be hesitant to refer here.

Mr. Aguanno responded very quickly with an email and a phone call and came to go over options and pricing with us within a few days. We spent the weekend looking at the options (he left samples on our window) and we emailed him Sunday night with what we wanted to do. Monday morning he called and asked if we could do it that day because he had time. A few hours later, we had the windows tinted and what a world of difference it has made. Called because of the good reviews that are on here, but they're fabricated…read more Gave him the dimensions of my wall of windows, said I needed it by Friday, he gave me a quote of $689, and scheduled a meeting the next day for 9:30am. We meet (he shows 5 hours late), asks for a $340 (wanted a cash deposit), no problem I hand it over, although I felt it was sketchy he was asking for a cash deposit. We schedule the install for 5pm the next day. Next day comes, he texts a string of excuses why he's gonna be 30 minutes late, then another excuse why he'll be 1 hour late, then he shows at 9pm for our planned 5pm appointment. 9pm lol!! He looks around, says the windows dirty and it's too dark, and he'll come back the next morning. Yes it's dark when you show 4 hours late at 9pm. He doesn't show the next day. I ask what's going on, he sends another string of excuses blaming me as to why he can't install it.... Now get this, he believes he's keeping my deposit to take care of his time! I'm sending people to look for the guy now, no one is walking with my cash. Call it harassment or whatever. It's principal and justice at this point. Be careful, don't give this guy a 50% deposit CASH. He'll try and run with it. This review is 100% true. I own a restaurant and hotel on Ocean Dr in Miami Beach. He robbed me for $340, but he'll regret it if he doesn't drop it off to me in 24 hours. I'll follow up on here later...
