My daughter had called around because I needed a new radio for my Toyota Camry, and after reading all of his wonderful reviews, we decided to give him a call. The reviews were absolutely right. At first, Jacob believed the problem was with the touch screen/display (the glass portion of the radio), so he ordered the replacement part. Before moving forward, he realized that replacing the screen wouldn't solve the problem after all. Rather than charging us for a part that wasn't needed, he absorbed the cost himself. He then continued troubleshooting until he determined that the entire radio needed to be replaced. He found a replacement radio, installed it at a very fair price, and made sure everything worked perfectly. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare these days. Instead of taking the easy route, Jacob did what was right, and that says everything about the kind of person he is. What impressed me most wasn't just his expertise --it was the way he treated me. He made me feel like I mattered, not just like another customer. In today's world, that kind of genuine care is rare. Jacob is one of those special people who goes above and beyond because that's simply who he is. His integrity, warmth, and outstanding customer service are second to none. Originally i contacted prestige cars to install two subwoofers and a set of Jl audio c3-600. before…read moreleaving the shop the problems started with speakers going in and out. I was told by them the problem was due to the stock radio so i proceeded to install a PIONEER AVH-X4700BS 7" Double-DIN DVD Receiver and another set of JL Audio C3-600 speakers for the rear of my car. My audio continued to keep going in and out and they made another excuse stating the amplifiers where most likely faulty. Due to their neglect and failure to execute their work in a timely manner i had waited months before i could return to get the issue resolved. upon inspection all the speakers where blown and they made another excuse stating the speakers were bought from amazon and that the quality isnt the same as their stores speakers. they had my car for periods that stretched just shy over a week, when i would go to check the status, my car would be outside and not being attended to. After i brought my car to another audio technician they showed me the wiring and how almost everything was installed improperly, the craftsman ship of prestige was far from "prestige" it looked as if i brought my vehicle to a swap shop. The technician told me the way the speakers volumes where set with the amplifier were the most the speakers could handle this is what caused the speakers to blow; one speaker showed sign of water damage that was also due to prestige drilling into my car door allowing water to enter. The reps involved in working on my car where both Dominic the owner and Charles Nicastro a co worker. I advise to take you vehicle to a real audio technician the only thing these guys can do is tint windows!

Plus everyone was helpful and friendly. We opted for a tint on my front windows which matched my rear windows and then had the front windshield covered with ceramic tinting which keeps the car much cooler and deflects the UV rays. They repainted all the plastic exterior, including wheel wells, installed new led headlights and tail lights, installed a new light bar integrated into the grill, new side mirror lights, and blacked out all the emblems, and cleaned up some wiring along the way. it turned out fantastic! Dom did all the work with his father chiming in for some considerations to styling too. add to this, we were working under a short timeline as my son and I were laving for the summer so time was limited. Dom coordinated everything perfectly with time to spare. when we return we will take it back to them to have the roof painted black to finish off the yello0w and blacked out theme, or "The Hornet" as we now call it. They fixed the bumper and, in the process, they damaged the front hood of my car because they were negligent and touched it up with a very bad paint job. The rest of his comments are also not true and extremely arrogant. That only shows his character.
