So after the radio unit and the wire replacement it's was cheaper than the dealership and the sound quality is even better than it was before. I go to them for anything issue that they are willing to fix/install etc...I like to keep my car fixtures writhing the same business, as they will have knowledge of your car. The fact that they do more than window tint and music equipment installation, is amazing to me! They took care of me when I had my Scion xB, & continue to take care of me now that I have a different car (H-rv) they always seem to amaze me. For that alone I'm grateful. I even had an issue with a turn signal, they literally told me to turn around and come back. They didn't quit until all work is complete. Worst experience and customer service ever!…read more I came to GNV to get the tints done on my X5. 5% all around and 55% on the windshield with the more expensive 3M film and a lifetime warranty for as long as i own the vehicle. After installation I followed all of the directions provided by GNV not opening the windows for 2 days. Almost every window had bubbles with and without dirt specs inside of them. I had to come back to try to get this fixed 4 times. 4th time back, the wrong tint was installed on the front driver side window. There are still bubbles all over and I have stains on the front pillars from him spraying the glue. I also have old glue scrapes all over my front vents after GNV had to re-do the windshield tint. After spending countless hours going back and forth to try to get this resolved, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. GNV then lied in a written statement that I was only given a limited time warranty and I was happy with the work (I have all the photos and letters from my credit card company as proof). Merchants like GNV should not be allowed to run a business. I can't be the only customer who've had an awful experience. This makes me think a lot of the positive reviews on here are not real customers or they got a discount for writing a positive review. Do yourself a favor, pay extra and get the job done right by someone who knows what they're doing.

Keeps most of the heat out and makes my car look more sleek. I got 5% on the back three windows and 20% on the front two. They personally don't effect my driving experience, but if you don't have good eyesight to begin with or simply feel uncomfortable about semi-dark windows, then go for the lighter options. I was a bit nervous at first because of my PTSD from other detailers (having to awkwardly point out missed spots), but unlike the other detailers i've used, i barely had to explain my high standards to him.
