My 2010 Buick Lacrosse had a std OEM radio. B2BA pulled out my old radio, then installed the conversion harness (from MVI), new screen, new 2013 Navi OEM Radio and keypad (bezel). Within 2 years the tint was bubbling on one window, I brought it in for them to repair and they would not honor the lifetime warranty. They wanted to charge me for new tint and removal of old tint, the cost was over half of what I originally paid for tinting the 5 windows. All I can add and say is "WOW"! I made a return trip all the way up from Upper State NY (Work 16 hour shifts in the hospital all week) and was once again blown away by this company's service. BUT this time around I really have to give a warm shout out to their hands on crew of Carlos and Anthony !! Told them how I really wished to have the dual 12 inch slot ported JL Sub setup in my tiny mustang trunk enclosure. They went above and beyond in maneuvering that bad boy in there!! This really placed a huge smile on my face. As Carlos brought the box to measure up to my trunk, deep down I sadly knew it was not going to fit... but this didn't phase him one bit... He sized it up from every angle and meticulously took apart my trunk in order to get the math correct..even though i suggested to him that it was ok to give up in the attempt... BUT you know what? He somehow how got it in!! And it looks amazing !! All I know is.. no robber is going to be able to get this box out of my trunk hehe... Saul had no issues with me wanting to upgrade from the dual 10 inch subs and told me this was the first time he had seen this 12 inch sub setup fit into my mustang model's mini trunk space.. Came in for tints and agreed on a price for two front windows and a strip on the windshield. I thought we agreed on a price but in the end it was alot higher than agreed upon. Tints had to be redone. Overall product had lots of bubbles and was told it's normal. It's been a week and still bubbles. They also just left unused tints in the bed of the truck. Stay away from these guys. I recently purchased a 2017 outlander sport LE and needed the front two windows tinted to match the factory as well as a sun bar for the front windshield. I sent an estimate request on yelp and received a higher priced quote than I had expected. However, the owner was replying at 2am and may of just misunderstand what I was asking. I was put off by the high estimate and was going to take my business elsewhere until I received a message from the owner a few hours later (3-4am) requesting that I give him another chance and that I wouldn't regret it. I decided to come in at 9am when they opened for a proper estimate. I was greeted by the owner with a handshake and a apology for the misunderstanding and we went right out to my car for a proper and fair estimate. He also gave me a great price on replacement speakers for my vehicle since my phone had better sound. I was going to have a sub and amp possibly installed but I was advised to start with a speaker set up and if I needed more we can build off what I installed today. No buying pressure at all. Installation: I was told 4 hours and it took about 4 hours which I was happy about. I had the Two front windows tinted , 2 tweeters, and 1 speaker for each door. All door panels were free of scratches or dings from the removal. The tint came out great and matched the factory's in the rear perfectly. A few bubbles here and there but those subside in a few days depending on the temp outside. Side notes: I asked if the guys could re-route the apple car play wire that was stupidly installed in the glovebox by Mitsubishi and they gladly took on the task for me. I was even happier when they told me that they didn't charge me for this because it did require some drilling. Furthermore, I needed spacers and wire harnesses for the speaker install which they didn't charge me to keep my estimate true. Great customer service . I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a tint shop or any kind of accessories because it seems like they do it all here. Sketchy business practices. Purchased a LivingSocial voucher for installation of a remote start. First, was told over the phone that my vehicle needed an immobilizer bypass. Curious about this, I pushed further and asked why... they said some database only they have access to specified that the vehicle had an ignition immobilizer. (For those not mechanically inclined, this is a chip in your ignition key or fob that must be either within the vehicle or in close proximity to the receiver in your steering column for the vehicle to be started.) I scoured the manual, looked online, and actually went to the dealer. Each source confirmed that no such immobilizer existed in my vehicle. I then asked the dealer to look up the VIN to confirm that no options had been ordered on my vehicle that might require a bypass; it was confirmed. I called them back and they said "fine, we show it's required but we won't charge you for it if we install it without the bypass and it works." OK, that's fine, people make honest mistakes and those charts have to be pretty fine print anyway. Get there... again, the upsell effort. Without researching or looking it up, it again automatically needs a bypass. According to the voucher it's another $99. According to the staff, it's $120. After reading the confirmation from the dealer, they begrudgingly accepted the fact that there was no immobilizer in the vehicle. They then tried with the upsell on the remote - instead of giving me the remote that came with the system I purchased, they gave me a remote with lock/unlock/trunk pop options as well, and said it would be more money to enable those features. After the two attempts to defraud me, I was not about to give them a dime more than I already paid. The install went off without a hitch and the product works as advertised, but the shady business practices forced me to provide a review for others to consult prior to doing business with Bumper to Bumper. read more

I took my brand new Porsche 911 C4S coupe to Bumber to Bumper when it was only a few days old. The job was to tint my windows and install Escort Max Ci system. This system requires that the rear bumper be removed from the car as 4 sensors/shifters are installed in the front and rear of the car. My tint was installed flawlessly in one piece with no seams. The detector was installed perfectly right into my dash. Not only did i get an amazing job but it cost me 60% less than what the dealer would have charged me. Few things.... I originally came in request a quote for a tint repair on my passenger side window and a auto starter. I specifically requested on the quote for a Viper autostarter. I asked for a written quote but the person said I didn't need to. I then proceeded to have them perform the work about a week or two later. He had asked me what I was quoted. When I picked up the vehicle the tint was fine but they installed a cheap ($15 on amazon) remote starter. I did not bother to go back and complain because I knew dealing with these people disgusted me and don't want to deal with them ever again. I've since traded in my car and that's how I dealt with the issue. If you want to go to a reputable place for your auto needs stay away from this place. read more
