Took it home and got it in the light and it was a terrible Job. Called him out on the Job and he said he had only waxed it, not compounded and would do a better job. Had it a week and 2 days to redo job. Picked it up today and he never did anything to it. He scratched the side of the boat and claims it was there. I have have the boat for 12 years and know every scratch on it. I have text where he said he would compound it and yet he didn't. When I took it back, this was the results. When we arrived we met Alex L. and from the moment we walked in he was kind, extremely professional and very thorough about how the whole process worked. He helped us pick out the tint that would work best for our 18 year old son. We went with the ceramic tint and we felt the price was very good for the work we were getting done. To be honest, we felt terrible even asking them to take on this job bc the tint was so bad, but they reassured us they could take it on.
