Being new to the area, I was in need of a hand car wash, and RCJ delivered. The almost two hour wait was worth it -- they made my car look as shiny as the day I bought it. Some places claim to do hand washing but actually run your car through a drive-through machine. At RCJ, I appreciated that they truly washed and dried my car entirely by hand, keeping the ceramic coating swirl-free. My wife and I have each had our cars done here. She had hers washed and waxed, and I had mine washed, a protective coating applied, and detailed. Communicating what I wanted done was a little challenging, but I think I understand that the paint was cleaned with clay material first to remove all debris, the sealant was applied, and was then polished with a rotary tool. The car looks great, very shiny, and the interior detailing was thorough. The exterior work was $150, and the detail added another $60, which seems quite reasonable, though I am still not clear on exactly what sealant was applied. Subsequently the only problem I noticed was that the driver side mirror still had bug residue on it, and which I cleaned with a wet paper towel, plus some minor surface imperfections in the sealant when I look very closely, but overall looks great. read more

I dropped my car off at 9am,,it wasn't ready until 5:45 pm. I had a full detail and headlight restore for a total of $300.00. This was the worst detail in all my years of car ownership. The headlights were not even touched, the armor all was not even applied to to the exterior black surfaces, when I ran my hand over the car it came up dirty,they didn't even open the trunk to clean the lower pice of the window,when I complained the person I was dealing with said he would take off the cost of the headlight restore and I had to remind him that wasn't even done,I also paid extra for engine clean and there were so many missed areas I just closed the hood,he told me his employees where complaining while doing the car and said they where tired,how is that my issue and also knowing this try to charge me $300 for really bad detail, some pics are attached, zoom in to see the most ridiculous $300 car detail, note, I did not pay him the full $300 but settled on $175 and I still believe i got robbed when driving away, the widows were all streaky and there was a lot of missed armorall spots in the interior, read more

I took my truck to them to repair several surface scratches I got while traveling down a four-wheeler trail to retrieve my four-wheeler. My vehicle was scratched badly on both sides by limbs, sticks, and thorn bushes. They took one look and said they could fix it, and they did. Excellent job, and done fast.
