We have had a wonderful experience with Tiny Town. Our daughter has grown up with the staff and formed strong bonds with many of them. At every stop along the way, she has learned to meet new people and to get along with many different personalities. There's never been a doubt that the staff at Tiny Town has her best interests at heart. They truly seem to care about her emotional well-being, and that's important to us. We've also been impressed with what she's learned at TT. The staff has worked with her on shapes, colors, movement and coordination, art, writing, letters, and other, outside-the-box activities like fire safety and nutrition. During the summer, they do weekly themed learning and put a lot of effort into introducing the kids to new concepts. We couldn't be more pleased with her intellectual development. No five-year relationship can be perfect, of course, but when we've had questions or concerns, the team at Tiny Town has worked with us to resolve them. They took great care of our daughter when she was stung by a bee and informed us immediately if she scraped her knees or took a tumble. Kids get into things - we all know this. For us, the mark of a professional team is how they respond to mishaps, and Tiny Town has done a great job. Several of the relationships our daughter has made with staff members at Tiny Town will likely follow her through her grade-school years and beyond. It's been great to know that the people who care for her during the day are actually great people who are easy to talk to and to get along with. My daughter was in the infant II program for a little over 2 months before we made the decision to pull her from the program. The first day we picked her up she had crumbs & snot all over her face, hair & stains on her clothes. I tried to give the place a fair shot so I let it go thinking that maybe it was just a one-time thing but then it happened again...and again....AND AGAIN. I mean is it really that difficult to put a bib on & wipe her down after she's done eating?? There were also a couple times when she came home with dry poop all over her butt which was clearly from a previous diaper. To make matters even worse, there were several occasions where I went to pick her up and found her hysterical crying without anyone consoling her. When I confronted her teacher about it, I was told that she whines a lot and wants constant attention. Well...she is a baby. Babies whine & cry-it's their only way to communicate! If you don't want to deal with it, go into another profession! Even if my baby does cry a little more than other babies it doesn't mean she should be ignored or neglected! I contacted the director to explain my concerns and she said she would speak to the teachers in her class. Things got better for about 2 weeks and then went back to the way they were before. As a FTM, I was very nervous about putting my baby in daycare & this place did nothing to ease my nerves- if anything, it made them worse. I can't speak for the other programs in the center but personally I would not recommend their infant program. read more

We have been sending our daughter to Tiny Town since she was 10 weeks old, she is now 3.5 years old. She loves going to school and seeing her teachers and friends. We have always been happy with the open lines of communication and transparency we receive from the teachers and director regarding our child's progress and things happening in the classroom. We always feel well informed, with letters home, in person updates and photos of our child doing different fun and educational activities posted to a closed/private Facebook group. When we had our 2nd child there was no doubt we were going to send her there as well. At 3 months old she was diagnosed with a medical condition that present as colicky, they were more than accommodating and helpful as we figured out what was going on. Knowing that a team we trusted would be caring for her during the day when we couldn't be, put us at ease. Tiny Town has become a second family to us and we are grateful for the love and attention they provide our children. We would highly recommend Tiny Town to anyone in the area looking for a Daycare Center. read more

Tiny Town is a second home for us. We came to this center when my oldest was 4 months old. I was a nervous wreck, and I didn't know much about licensed daycare facilities. The director was helpful, and met with me the next day. I toured the facility when children were present. Our son was a part of Infant 1&2, toddlers, preschool & pre-K classes. He was supported in so many ways for his growth and development, and was also extremely ready to enter Kindergarten. Our daughter entered the program when she was 3 months old. She has gone through Infant 1&2, toddlers and is now in the preschool class. She loves school! The social, emotional, and educational support that these teachers provide is great. Tiny Town has a high retention rate with their teachers, because they want to work with children. As a teacher myself, I am proud to know that Tiny Town teachers have the training and continued professional development to care for and teach young minds. I have 2 boys that attend part time at Tiny Town. My eldest son had two health scares that were handled with both love and expertise. I found my son awaiting an ambulance in the arms of staff when i arrived right after he had a seizure. The second time i got a call about how it seemed he was breathing harder then normal. Again, i arrived and found a staff on the floor holding him while he slept. Staff identified he breathed easier while upright. He was diagnosed with asthma on this day. The day a fire alarm went off due to a problem next door, the staff immediately jumped into action, bundled the kids up quickly, and safely walked them to the fire department next door. I KNOW my kids are in safe and loving care. They are greeted with hugs every morning and speak about the teachers as they are family. They only go 2 times a week....The staff retention rate speaks to the program. The director runs a very tight ship!! read more

My daughter attended Tiny Town from 2011-2014. I landed on their doorstep after having a horrible experience at another local daycare. Jackie, the owner, sat with me and listened to my experience. As you can imagine I was extremely anxious and untrusting. Within a very short period my daughter adjusted and absolutely loved TT. I did too. There is no better feeling knowing your child is safe and that they will be prepared for kindergarten. The staff were wonderful. My daughter is a 3rd grader now. Every time we drive by TT, which is often it's on our way to Target, she says how much she misses being there. We went back a couple of times for her to say hello to her teachers. This place is truly amazing!!! My son is the second generation to attend Tiny Town. Jackie and her staff have done nothing but go out of there way to make sure that everything runs smoothly. They are amazing with the kids and I have watched my child progress in ways that I probably couldn't of or didn't know how to properly teach him. They even work with you on topics like potty training or getting rid of a pacifier so that your home rituals and teaching mesh with what they do there during the day. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Tiny Town has been to and for my twins. They were there from birth through pre-k ... up until I pulled them due to COVID. Even with the uncertainty of if we were coming back, the owner was wonderful. The staff are dedicated and genuinely cared for my kiddos. It's such a comforting feeling when you know you have absolutely nothing to worry about when you're not around. We have used Tiny Town for 6 years and are very happy there. My daughter went there from 4 months until she started Kindergarden and my son has been there since he was 7 months old and is in the preschool classroom. All the teachers in every classroom have been great with the kids. My son has a lot of energy and they try to get the kids outside a lot and we think that's great. My daughter had some medical issues and they were helpful with questions and possible places to go for second opinions. read more

The staff especially Karen have made us feel comfortable and trusting to have our kids attend. The memories my kids have made there are still talked about today within our family.
