They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable leaving your baby with them. My husband was absolutely terrified of leaving our baby girl with someone (in the middle of the pandemic) but we had to. Barbie made him feel comfortable, texted us each day with photos and let us know how she was doing every step of the way. Unfortunately, I was taking my daughter there and to my dismay, I kept ignoring the RED FLAGS but I continued taking her there because the daycare was cheap and close to home. That old saying you pay for what you get has never been more than true! The director MS PEPER in nothing but super rude, loud, and abusive with the kids and the parents (she is a female Hitler). I and my wife have noticed her multiple times screaming and mocking kids in front of us because they can't speak correctly (mind you our daughter has a speaking delay) and we were concerned But today was the cherry on top, This is what happened. I and my daughter arrived at the daycare at 9:05 am and MS, PEPER came out screaming at me "YOU NEED TO BE HERE BEFORE 9! AND YOU DON'T FOLLOW THE RULES" I said, mam please calm down and don't scream in front of my daughter! Ms. Peper continued hollering at me and pulled my daughter from my arms yanking her away. I told her that I was her customer, and her reply was "AND SOOOOO?!?!?!" which left me shocked. I continued to tell her to stop screaming and her reply was "YOU ARE NOT MAN ENOUGH TO WITHSTAND A SCREAM FROM ME" and slammed the door in my face. All of this happened because I was 5 minutes late. WTH!!! To say the least RUNNNN AWAYYY from this place, it is not worth it. The rude and unprofessionalism of the staff at this place is completely unacceptable. Read other reviews from other parents and you will find that her abuse goes far and beyond what happened today. I removed my son as soon as I witnessed this torture. Because of this daycare my son doesn't feel comfortable at his new daycare. The staff is not friendly and they clearly don't care about your child. I read their most recent audit from DCF and they've left one and two year olds in the bathroom UNSUPERVISED! I suggest anyone looking for a daycare to look elsewhere and anyone who currently has their child/children here to really ask questions and if possible remove them.
