I do not recommend Eli Cleaning for your AC. They did an adequate job on our ducts so we hired them to come back and to the AC sanitization and coil cleaning. Which they informed us was a different team. They removed the AC from the unit and cleaned it outside and came back. We thought all was well however we discovered shortly after the AC was leaking. After inspecting further, we see there is a crack in the drip pan that was not there before, and they attempted to seal it with some kind of glue.... which did not work... and caused a leak which we have now been dealing with for months. It's bad enough they damaged the AC, but then they tried to hide the problem and didn't even tell us about it. When I followed up with the owner to give him a chance to rectify the situation, he essentially said that "most people are happy with our services, sorry, happy holidays". You'll kind of notice that as a theme in any review for them that is not a 4 or 5 star review. Instead of addressing the issue, the owner simply says most people are happy with their service and happy holidays. Essentially... too bad, good luck. He will claim they came out to fix the issue, but they specifically came at the specific day and time I told him I would not be available and to not come then. He then stops responding. This is going to cost me over $500 to fix. You have been warned. read more
