    Healthy pup!
    Joana D.

Got a pup from Kari. A healthy Parti Yorkie! She's always been professional and so helpful since day one that we adopted our pup. Til now we keep in contact with her and she helps answer any questions we have. Has papers for the dogs. Highly recommend!

I strongly recommend this breeder. My dog Bella is now almost ten years old and is absolutely a fantastic pet. I originally overfed her and she was over 7 pounds. My vet got on me and I cut her back to one 3 1/2 oz serving of Blue basics per day. She has no hip, knee or other issues common to this breed. I did have to have some teeth removed early due to overcrowding and am giving eye drops to Prevent cataracts, but otherwise all her issues are the result of poor training on my part

Kari was great to deal with. Her expertise and knowledge about Yorkies is impressive. She was patient and answered all my questions. My puppy is all what she said, very cute and healthy too.

We are so happy with our little Kodi. Fiesty, playful, beautiful little Kodi!!! Kari was so nice to work with and she gave us a wonderful Yorkie!

Purchased "Luke" now Gunner from Kari's 11/21/2016 liter January 28, 2017 for $800.00. He weighed 0.8lbs. Went and met her and her friend at a home on the top of a hill out in the countryside. Yorkie babies where running everywhere we were able to sit and pick out our pup for ourselves. Very friendly, dewclaws removed tails docked microchipped. We made an appointment for a health check up immediately 3days after purchase and picked up on all vaccinations. Paid for the microchip activation. He is a very picky eater so bringing him home I was nervous. He started with Gerber chicken baby food fed from a spoon. Then we mixed slowly with kibble Merrick puppy recipe. We free fed him. He didn't eat many treats but loved gullet sticks and puppy ice cream. Kari answered many of my texts without delay and I appreciated that. Took him to the vet every week for check ups for the first 3 months. Because of the size the vet did a different shot every other week allowing his body time to recover he was very energetic after every single shot if I massaged the area he never had any soreness. We tried the crate training and did well for a month then one night we let him sleep in bed and that was over. We haven't used the crate since. He started barking so we got the Good Boy Humane vibrating bark collar, which works wonderfully with no pain to him. We also use a Arlo security camera for when we are not home so we can check on him- which is how we discovered he can scale the playpen wall-shocking-. I take him to work 3x a week and he is very friendly with everyone he meets. Vet visits continue to go well, when he first came in his patellas were loose, but have tightened with activity. He has great health so far and no issues or concerns. He has a very strong heart and active. Around month 5, now 2.9lbs, his black hair grew out and he has gone completely silver. I didn't expect that. I was curious what his parents looked like and asked Kari for some pics of his parents but she may have been busy ill have to follow up. He has another check up 5/23/17 and we shall see how his weight/health is and schedule his surgery to get fixed, which largely depends on his weight. I'll try to post an update. 5/23/2017 4.0lbs!! had a good check up, heart sounds strong, his patellas have tightened up. His adult teeth are coming in but are not pushing his baby teeth out, little chaotic in his tiny mouth and his breath stinks. He will be neutered soon so when he is under he will also have his mouth checked out. He also started marking lord help me! For heartworm, ear mites, flea and tick he is getting Revolution, which is a great deal. We order online from Amazon costs 20$ something and covers 3 month treatments. We opted out of Leptospirosis vaccine as the reviews were horrifying and he doesn't go in stagnate water or is outside unsupervised. It's a personal choice for everyone. We don't feed table scraps so he doesn't beg, he does well with other dogs, children, and strangers. He doesn't bark if he has his Good Boy collar on. He plays fetch and knows how to sit. We also got stairs for the couch and a ramp for the bed so he doesn't jump off things. He also tries to use the pee pads from Costco when he feels like it :) and will also go poopoo outside when I'm at work. I'll post another update on his next check up around July/August 2017.

This my poor little puppy with a cone on so she would stop scratching.

I have never met such a money hungry person who is doing this business to make quick sale. When she takes Pictures of the puppies they are photoshopped. Kari the business owner separated this pup from her mom at 7 weeks. Kari sold me my puppy 7 weeks old. If I had known that I would have never bought her at that young age. The pup is suppose to be white but when I picked her up she was covered with dried brown poop and smelled. I had already made a deposit so I I felt that I had to buy her. When I brought the puppy home she was shaking and non stop crying. She also had diarrhea from the day I brought her home and was itching. I called Kari and told her all her response she was fine here. Less than a week of having her I took her to the vet and surely enough she has a few things going on with her. 1. The vet said for a pup who barely turned 8 weeks her ear is filthy. The vet flushed her ear. 2. She had to have her anal gland flushed. 3. She has parasite and will be on medicine for at least another week. I have been trying to call and text Kari and she will not answer or return my text message since I texted her about all the issues my puppy is having. Her website says she guarantees and stands by her word. It's all fake advertisement! I will never recommend anyone to buy any of her puppies. I should have learned my lesson 4 years ago when I purchased a Teacup Yorkie from her. As soon as I brought the Yorkie home I noticed a cough. Again the poor Yorkie had Kennels cough. Kari had to take the little back. Her website says she guarantees all her puppies and she stands by her word. Fake advertisement!0o

She's not someone with countless dogs in a kennel--it's clear her focus is on quality, love, and care. She only has her pet dogs, and they're treated like cherished family members. The warmth and dedication she shows to them shine through in every detail. Her dogs are impeccably groomed and cared for, which speaks volumes about the level of attention and affection she provides. Missy's passion and integrity are truly inspiring, and it makes Royal Yorkies feel much more like a community of love rather than just a business. Missy gave me Bella, and I couldn't be happier! Bella was already accustomed to using puppy pads when I brought her home, which made potty training so easy. It's clear Missy puts a lot of effort into ensuring her puppies are well-prepared for their new homes. I'm so glad I came across her site--it's refreshing to see someone who truly prioritizes the well-being of their dogs.

She wouldn't eat, was lethargic, was throwing up. She told me the leave food out for her and she was probably sad from leaving her brother. About 30 hours after I got her I had to rush her to the emergency vet (at 1am) because she became completely unresponsive. They saved her but said she was close to death. I told her about what happened and I feel like she was trying to blame me and that it was caused by something I did. The next week was more vet visits to try to figure out what was wrong with her. I only had her for 10 days I believe, but I really loved her and we were bonded. I told Mariya (the breeder aka Missy) the day before she died that there was something really wrong with her. I was told there was nothing she could do but pray for her. And then I was seemingly blocked and ignored!! Throughout the whole thing I felt alone in the situation. I took her to the vet again after that convo on the evening of the November 2nd and the vet told me to bring her back the next day to be hospitalized for the whole day. My heart was broken into pieces when I woke on nov 3, 2024 to find my little friend had passed away. The vet came to the official conclusion that she had a congenital abnormality that caused her to pass away. I spent thousands trying to save her. It was extremely traumatic to watch her despite my best efforts to save her, decline and then die. I am beyond crushed. A week later I'm still crying. In my opinion Mariya didn't seem to care about the puppy. But I really did. I have paraphrased what happened and will write a full review once I can bring myself to do so. I have retained an attorney and I am taking legal action. I would recommend caution when dealing with royal yorkies.

Was debating between a "farm" in the Sacramento region and Jam's, but saw red flags of likely a puppy mill at the other. Also, Jam took the time to talk to me because she wants to ensure that the pups are indeed going to great homes. Asked her if she had any pups available and she pointed me to the pup who is now my baby. His name is Bear (originally Wednesday), and I saw he was perfect. He is adorable and sweet and spunky. Drove down from Sacramento & got him in July 2023 and he will be 2 in February 2025. A lady stopped us on our walk the other day to say how much she was admiring him. Bear is the smallest of the bunch, but he is the head of the household. Thank you Jam!

We can't thank Jam enough for our sweet baby boy, Archie!…read more I have a soft spot for the yorkie breed. When my husband and I first met, I had a Yorkie named Maverick. We absolutely loved him and had no clue how lucky we were to have such a great pup. When he passed, we were heartbroken and after a few years adopted our pup, Isabella. She was a fearful rescue but after putting in the work, she's a great pup - though still stand off-ish and scared of people. At daycare, her reports cards always came home telling us she snuggled with her friends - two yorkies. It was then we decided that we'd eventually get her a yorkie sibling. When we finally got serious about adding a pup to our family, I started looking high and low for a reputable breeder. As someone who'd always rescued, I'd heard horror stories of bad breeders and am fairly certain that Isabella came from a backyard breeder before we adopted her. I was determined to find a breeder we could trust. We knew that with Isabella's fear issues, we couldn't have a second fearful dog that barked at everyone. Our hope was that we could find a well-socialized, happy puppy that might even rub off on Isabella. For that, we knew we needed to go with a breeder. I did extensive research on how to spot a bad breeder and felt like I knew enough to ask the right questions. Jam wasn't my first phone call. Before her, we spoke with a different breeder that came highly recommended from someone we met on vacation in wine country. After a few calls with that breeder, I saw several red flags and wouldn't move forward with her. Several more breeders later (& feeling more confident in what to look for), I found Jam's website. From my first phone call with Jam, I could tell that she LOVED dogs. She answered all my questions and then some. Importantly, she listened to what we were looking for in a pup. She asked questions about us, gave tips on how to evaluate a pup, and I never felt as though she was half-answering or dodging a question. She never pressured me to move forward. Best of all, her pups were raised in the home and even sleep in her room! When the puppies are 8 weeks old, they get introduced to the rest of the pack and socialize with her adult dogs. This was essential for us. With some conflicting obligations during the holidays, we couldn't pick him up until Dec 2 and so he stayed with Jam until he was 15 weeks old. He got an extra 3 weeks to socialize with the pack! We flew to the Bay Area to pick Archie up and from the moment we got there, we knew we had made the right choice. Archie has been such an angel! The absolute best disposition; friendly with other dogs and people. He is always so happy and boy is he SMART! He learned his name in one day - seriously - one! He's nearly all potty trained and he happily goes into his crate at night right next to his sister. He loves to explore and when things seem a tad too quiet, we find him sitting at the front window looking out into the front yard and sniffing. He loves chewing on his toys and rolling around in the grass in the backyard. And oh is he a daddy's boy - when he hears the car turning the corner, he starts jumping up and running towards the door. Although, he loves Isabella the most. From the moment he gets out of his crate in the morning and then all day long, he follows her, antagonizing her to play, snuggling up for naps, and watching out the window together. Archie was exactly what we - and Isabella - needed. A happy, sweet, BRAVE, inquisitive, funny, well-adjusted, healthy pup that completes our little family. I could go on and on about him and his cute personality. Thank you, Jam! It's been almost 5 months with him, and he is more than we hoped for. We absolutely love our sweet Archie!

It was obvious from day one that she truly loves every kitten she raises and wants them to go to the perfect home. Bleu has exceeded every expectation I had. He comes from Jenna's TICA award-winning lines and was listed as a show-quality kitten, and wow...it absolutely shows. Every single person who walks into our home comments on how breathtakingly beautiful he is. His striking blue eyes are mesmerizing, his plush coat is unbelievably soft, and his face is simply perfect. As stunning as he is, his personality is what truly makes him extraordinary. Bleu is one of the sweetest, most affectionate animals I've ever met. He follows us from room to room, sleeps with us every night, loves being held, and genuinely wants to be wherever his family is. As a physician, I'm often up charting at 5AM, and without fail, Bleu curls up beside me to keep me company. It's become one of my favorite parts of the day; the quiet times with Bleu. My 5-year-old son absolutely adores him, and the feeling is mutual. Bleu has endless patience with him and with the many children who come through our home for playdates. He happily curls up in Alex's lap while he practices piano, lies beside him while he plays on the floor, and soaks up hugs and cuddles without ever seeming bothered. Every parent comments on how gentle and loving he is with their children. We also have two dogs, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Shih Tzu, and I was amazed at how seamlessly Bleu became part of our furry family. Within days they were sleeping together, cuddling, and acting like they'd known each other forever. His confidence and socialization are incredible, and it's obvious Jenna invested an enormous amount of time raising kittens with exceptional temperaments. Bleu has also been healthy, curious, playful, and confident from the moment we brought him home.
