He was knowledgeable and very friendly and gave this new boat owner some piece of mind and several tips and tricks which were greatly appreciated. I was very happy with the service and price given the convenience that they come to you. Big Mike was very personable and accommodating when I called the week prior to see if they could help me out and got me quickly scheduled for service.
