I tipped the lady ten dollars and literally the next day two of my daughters nails popped offed. I called to let them know and they seemed irritated. I can't believe I paid for the service. I definitely talked to another person at the front desk and they said they could offer me another pedicure, which obviously isn't what I wanted. I don't recommend going here unless you want to be cut up and treated like trash for telling them they hurt you.

I have been in-between stylists for most of a year now and have been looking for someone to permanently fill that spot. I like finding someone who "fits the bill" that I can stick with! I had seen Tulie posting photos of her cut and color clients on Pinterest and Facebook and decided to call her. I easily booked a cut and color with Tulie B. she had a last minute cancellation and was able to fit me in as well as work with my own schedule. Upon entering the salon, I was warmly greeted by a nail tech and Tulie herself. She was running on schedule and ready to take care of me, no wait time at all! We spent about 5 minutes talking about my hair (I had sent her a few photos on Facebook so she had an idea of what my hair looked like and that I wanted to go back to a previous style and color) and deciding what to do. As Tulie got to work on my hair, I noticed that neither she, nor any other employees had their cell phones out! Nobody was gossiping about the personal drama in their lives or about other clients or coworkers. It was so refreshing! Also, the salon was impeccably clean and when I left, (i was the last client of the day) the floors were being mopped and everything was being cleaned. Tulie has 25+ years of experience and it really showed. Not only did her knowledge come through as a stylist, but her product knowledge was vast as well. I love when a stylist can recommend the right products for my hair. DuBunne's is an average size salon that also offers spa services. It is thoughtfully decorated, well maintained and has a well-stocked selection of products to choose from. I will continue to book my cut and colors with Tulie, and look forward to trying their other services as well. I warned Owin of a possible allergy and we continued the manicure. Well the morning after--I woke up with extreme rash around all my nails and it turned into small itchy water blisters that burst and itch more. I then was stuck having to drill off the manicure I paid $50 for the NIGHT before. Literally. So now I'm manicure less and am in horrible pain and discomfort. To make matters worse it is now spreading to my neck face and legs. (I honestly wasn't offered refund either which is kind of shocking in this incident....) So for other clients I'd be very very careful. If you assume or know of any allergy don't go. Just don't. It's not worth the pain, the misery, or the money flushed down the drain.
