I've been here before for pedicures but came in with my friend earlier this week and did not have a great time. They left the water running COLD in my tub and kept leaving us during our pedicures. For like 10-20 min. Multiple times. They kept switching tubs. I got cut several times during my pedicure, thankfully no injection started. During my manicure (fill) , she didn't file my nails at all so they were all random shapes and very long. My nails were not cared for at all. She literally just took off the paint and painted over them. No cuticle cut, shaping, length. The paint job was heavy and splotchy. They are just super ugly. She forgot about my friend??? And told her to come back tomorrow??? She did not come back tomorrow. I won't ever come back to this place unfortunately read more

I went in last week and had such an awful experience. The girl spent much of her time outside on the phone and when she came back inside rushed through my manicure with dipping powder. Two days later, my nails started chipping and one nail actually popped off! I came back in today to get them redone. He told me that will be 40.00!!!!! I will never go back. I went in to get a pedicure with some friends I immediately noticed the really bad smell that was giving me a headache then we got sat down in our chairs and I got the basic pedicure my toes hurt after how rough he was with them and when I got home I took a shower and the polish filed with water and peeled I just started doing my own nails so I didn't go cause I need them done I went for the vibe of the hangout (we had guys in the group) and let's just say I do them much better. Drove an hour for a pedicure. just moved to the country from the city. I usually leave great reviews but the pedicure was bad and the price was so much more than any city price. it can't be both. I sat and waited, held hostage in the foot tub until someone could help. At least 30 min. The pedicure was not standard. it was rushed and overpriced. I could have gotten a better pedicure at half the price anywhere in the world. if you go, get an estimate on wait and what the pedicure you chose from the menu includes. prices are getting out of control. Service was poor. Could have saved money and done it myself. They could have listened and improved or refunded but instead they get 1 star. read more

Pedicure with NO gel polish. I told him my main concern was to smooth heels. My feet were still rough when he finished. He was more interested in selling me a fungus medicine. I tried to explain that I dropped a cast iron lid on my toe and lost toenail. It never grew back properly but he kept insisting it was a fungus. He was extremely rough and the polish was applied very poorly. I will not go back!! read more
