Honestly, we went to Mane Attractions because it was very conveniently located to our home. From day one, Tamra treated us like family, made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Her prices were more than fair and the results were excellent. I often kidded my wife that "Picky" was her middle name because, well, she was. But Miss Picky was Tamra's client until her death in 2013 and I'm still one. Wouldn't think of going to anyone else. B) They are more then friendly, and allow me to explain my hair situation C) They give me a price point to start the process. I am not sure how well off the owner of Mane Attraction is, but coming back to Kerrville, and being treated in such a way by someone running a business is a bit shocking. In running a business it is hard to attract new customer in this economy, and this doesn't go very far in making me want to spend money in your establishment. So hopefully, other people's experiences are better, but I will be taking my hard earned dollar some place it is appreciated.

That same night, the extensions started falling out and the next day, they completely fell out. I have attached photos. When I confronted the owner she said she would not refund me but she would buy new hair and install at no cost. I have since been trying to reach her and reschedule for over one month now. No one has yet to return my calls or respond to my messages. I will now be reporting to the BBB. To top it off, I purchased an eye brow tattooing certificate as well and I also have yet to get a response to my calls to schedule. That cost was $375. I feel completely scammed. She trimmed the bottom nicely, but the "face framing" layers went from mid ear downward to my chin - pretty much opposite of what you'd expect from face framing layers. I have a tendency to blame myself or my hair for cuts that don't work, but definitely not the case with this bad cut. All I can do now is keep it in a ponytail or headband and wait for growth.

My hair is already short and the look I was going for was a wispy pixie with highlights. The cut ended up too short and the only thing wispy was my neck line. The style needed a roller brush for the blowout, didn't get it, another stylist next to her offered but she refused to use one. The style looked nothing like the picture, the highlights came no where near the root and the color was blotchy. I called to ask what could be done and after 2 weeks had no reply. She gets one star because she showed up to the appointment
