Tip Top Towing was dispatched through Volkswagen Roadside Assistance to tow my vehicle. Through a confusing series of events completely outside of Tip Top Towing's control, another towing company ended up taking the call after it had been canceled on their end. Unfortunately, that company towed my vehicle without communicating with me, leaving me with no idea where my car had been taken. Even though Tip Top Towing was no longer responsible for the call, they refused to leave me stranded with the problem. At Brandon's direction, Mike went above and beyond to help track down what had happened to my vehicle. They spent hours of their day helping me locate my car, communicating with several parties involved, and making sure the situation was finally sorted out. What impressed me most was that they did all of this when they could very easily have said, "This is no longer our call." Instead, they treated me like I was still their customer and took ownership of helping me find a solution. That speaks volumes about the kind of company Tip Top Towing is. Mike was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and helpful, and Brandon demonstrated exactly the kind of leadership and customer service you hope to encounter when something has gone wrong. Both of them showed genuine integrity and concern for me as a customer. In an industry where people are often calling because they are already dealing with a stressful situation, having people who genuinely care makes all the difference. I was stranded on the side of the road with my daughter late this night trying to change my flat tire and was unable to do so do so due it being frozen to my car and my carjack was on an uneven surface. Justin saw my hazard lights and pulled off to the side of the road without question and began helping me, he tried to break the ice and used his jack to try to put my spare on and when that didn't work he offered to tow me back to my apartment for an extremely reasonable price and quickly was able to get me on his truck and got me and my daughter back to my apartment safe and sound. Justin was extremely kind and professional and helped me and my daughter when he could have droven past me being so late and cold. If I ever need help again he will definitely be the one I call thank you again for the amazing service. read more

I broke down just a few miles from home so I called my insurance to schedule a tow, they told me it would be about 2 hours for a truck to get to me. I was obviously upset but decided to hunker down and watch some Netflix, not 10 minutes later Quinn called me saying he was 10 min from me! He showed up early, was very polite and cheerful, and even answered all my questions on how he tows an AWD car with a typical tow truck and explained every step he takes. Once we got to my house he took the extra time to back my car into my driveway to avoid any HOA fines of parking on the street. If this ever happens again I will absolutely tell my insurance I want them! This company is definitely the tip top of the towing industry and I highly recommend Quinn! read more

I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They attempted to contact the owner and they didn't get a response. The dispute was resolved on 3/12/24 and I was issued a permanent credit. My credit card company issued the credit, not the owner. There was no credit issued to my card. read more

They were quick to respond and very professional. The driver knew exactly how to handle my vintage car. I would definitely recommend them.
