They are 30 miles from where I was and I live 30 miles from where I live. The price was a 1/4 of the big companies and Rachel still tried to work with me. This company is by far the most genuine, honest, fair and hard working family owned business around and that is refreshing in today's society. Tip Top Towing was dispatched through Volkswagen Roadside Assistance to tow my vehicle. Through a confusing series of events completely outside of Tip Top Towing's control, another towing company ended up taking the call after it had been canceled on their end. Unfortunately, that company towed my vehicle without communicating with me, leaving me with no idea where my car had been taken. Even though Tip Top Towing was no longer responsible for the call, they refused to leave me stranded with the problem. At Brandon's direction, Mike went above and beyond to help track down what had happened to my vehicle. They spent hours of their day helping me locate my car, communicating with several parties involved, and making sure the situation was finally sorted out. What impressed me most was that they did all of this when they could very easily have said, "This is no longer our call." Instead, they treated me like I was still their customer and took ownership of helping me find a solution. That speaks volumes about the kind of company Tip Top Towing is. Mike was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and helpful, and Brandon demonstrated exactly the kind of leadership and customer service you hope to encounter when something has gone wrong. Both of them showed genuine integrity and concern for me as a customer. On a Monday morning: The First Lady that answered was sweet and kind and helpful she told me what the fee was like $304. It was towed during the holiday and weekend hours. She told me the cost wouldn't go up until after 5pm. I call back later that afternoon and a lady answered to me it sounded like the women I had spoke to earlier, she said my car was now 318 dollars. I explained that I was told the price would not increase until after 5pm from her. She told me I didn't speak to her earlier that day actually. And there was an 11 dollar additional charge for something. Here's the deal, my car was towed. I have to pay a lot of money for it. I couldn't get it out on holiday, so it cost more... all my fault. But I don't think it's appropriate for the the receptionist working there to give me an attitude because I was told the price wouldn't increase until after 5pm and it did. It was horrible customer service from that second ladies attitude. I do not appreciate it. I am not impressed by it. Get an attitude adjustment lady. You work in customer service.
