When we returned on March 9, instead of addressing the situation professionally or showing any appreciation, the manager pulled my husband aside and spoke to him in a very disrespectful and confrontational manner. The interaction escalated to the point where we were asked to leave the restaurant entirely. We were shocked by how poorly the situation was handled. A manager should demonstrate professionalism, respect, and the ability to manage difficult situations none of which were shown here.
