Like I said, this amp is my baby. So I called right at two weeks and Jerry politely told me that it wasn't ready yet. I then called at three week. Again he told me it wasn't ready yet. I could tell he was trying his best to take care of a needy customer (me). Before the end of the third week Jerry called and gave me a run down of what all was repaired on my amp. I stopped by and picked her up. The staff was polite and was ready to help. The price was more than I had expected, but they explained everything to ensure I was happy. Great place and great guys! It was easy to order online and have them sent to the church for the service. Sunday delivery was unavailable so I put the order in for Saturday so they'd be at the Sunday viewing, but then I got a phone call from Stacy. She was super nice and explained that they are receiving other orders for my friend's funeral and all will be delivered Monday morning so everything is set up for the funeral service scheduled for Monday at 10 AM. I appreciated her calling and I also appreciated her explaining everything to me and the plans for delivery. I hope the Peace Lilly is beautiful and I hope to get a report back from friends that are attending the service. Five stars for helpful and kind customer service by Stacy.

Although I've never stepped inside, the customer service was superb and the website was very easy to use and order from. I quickly browsed through the site for an affordable bouquet and found one instantly. Since I was ordering online the day of her birthday I was concerned that they might not be delivered to her until the day after especially if they were busy. However, that was not the case. Get this - the flowers I ordered were not only absolutely beautiful but they delivered to my mom 1 HOUR after I ordered them online! Can you believe that?! That's the fastest I've ever had anything arrive. I was so impressed. Scott's definitely has found a repeat customer when I ever need to order again!

They lied about making sure the washer they sold us was in good working condition! They sold us a broken washer for over $500!!! Huge mistake trusting this place. I knew that I was walking into a used appliance store, but this is just highly unfortunate. I got the washer delivered, which could VERY WELL have been the reason the washer broke, since they didn't put shipping bolts into the back of the washer to ensure no damage to the barrel and washer itself during transport.. I have been out a washer over a week waiting for a stupid shock absorber so I can replace it, and HOPE it fixes the issues I am having. The dumb POS won't fill with water, and made an ugly banging and clicking noise when the drum turned... ended up doing a bunch of looking into it online. Decided opening the back of the washer a few days after I got it was the best idea.. just to see the rear shock absorber is completed broken and not even attached.. completely broken in half. There's a reason there is no return policy. They DO NOT ACTUALLY FULLY MAKE SURE AND CHECK THE APPLIANCE!!! THEY ARE LIARS! They also DO NOT CARE AT ALL, and are RUDE AS HELL! I called to ask a small simple question. I'm a young adult who is a first time W/D owner, and she talked to me like I was fckn stupid for not knowing something when I'm new to doing all this crap. Who tf does that to their customers!!!? Especially when the customer put their customer service voice on and was kind and sweet!!!! WTF!? Lady who works there needs a wake up call and to realize that not everyone knows everything. Ignorance is real with this employee.. Stop being a hag.
