They wouldn't let her in and told her to go to Truckee even though we called and told them she was actively having an allergic reaction. In 2010 I was named Guardian of a brother and sister that had been warehoused in a Skilled Nursing Facility, but should not have been there. I moved them to an Assisted Living Facility in Carson City and they forced me to choose a Doctor for them. I was given two choices and I picked well as I hired Dr. Robert Fliegler. Dr. Fliegler cared for them, but worked with me devising a plan to move the "Wards" home with 24 hour care. The quality of life and improvement of their cognitive abilities were dumb founding and a major credit must go to Dr. Fliegler in encouraging the move, training of staff, and making regular visits including coming to all parties so he could see how my "Wards" were really doing. The family, the staff, and especially me can't compliment Dr. Fliegler enough for his care. I then hired Dr. Fliegler to be my physician after a major medical issue. I still use Dr. Fliegler even though I live 500 miles from him as he is just a text or phone call away. Dr. Fliegler has seen me through so much and now I am the healthiest I have been in the last 25 years. I have been with Dr. Fliegler since 2010. After Dr. Fliegler helped me, I hired him to take care of my wife who had just gone through cancer surgery and had a stroke during the surgery. I said it at her memorial and I say it here, that Dr. Fliegler added years of quality life to her in spite of indecision by her two oncologist that would have allowed her to pass the first year. The incredible part of Dr. Fliegler is that the specialist look upon him as their equal, their resource, and he is always part of the conversation whether it be cancer, renal failure, heart issues, or whatever.

When handling a medical emergency and/or diagnosis, Dr. Fliegler goes above and beyond to educate the patient along with their family so everyone understands what's happening. I once had an appointment, procedure, diagnosis and treatment plan all completed in less than 3 hours. Dr. Fliegler goes out of his way to get testing, scans and/or treatments done respectfully quick. I could never go back to waiting months to be seen and then feeling like a number on a board that doctors spend a few minutes on and then moving on to the next patient. I am very happy with the service they provide. It is nice to walk in and have many of the staff recognize me and call me by name without needing to look it up. I was initially between 2 offices due to their Yelp reviews. One office had an idiot working as the receptionist who had no idea if my insurance was accepted despite my insurance being offered by one of the largest companies in Reno (she should have known off hand...). They also told me that they had nothing available during the time I wanted for months. Forgot them. Another office seemed to overcharge IMO when reading reviews on here. My boyfriend at the time (a Reno native) said he and his family have been coming here for years so I figured to try this office. It wasn't the easiest getting an appointment with an exam and cleaning at the same time (I don't want to make 2 appointments when both could be done at the same time), but one of the receptionists found a way to make it work for me and called me up immediately. They also called me up when they were able to fit me it last minute instead of waiting months for the 2nd cleaning which was really great. Although you spend most of your time with the dental hygienists, John DiGrazia is a nice, pleasant man and does not try to tell you that you need xxxxx and xxxxx like many dentists do to make more money from insurance companies. All I needed were 2 scaling treatments which I HATE, but typically that's been the norm when I have seen any dentist (and I've seen a lot). This was the most thorough x rays I have ever had too at the dentist. Much of my exam time was spent getting x rays done. -1 just due to a couple of things. The parking lot is tiny but I have managed to get a spot each time. They do not do cleanings on Fridays and are not open on the weekends. I work until 4:30 M-F so getting an appointment after work is obviously out of the question. I've been able to come here during my lunch breaks so it's been working so far. Good office and will be my dental office while I am living in Reno.
