Todd even took the time to explain the leak and show me the problem gaskets. The shop is very clean and the team is very friendly. Todd is also a Jeep Wrangler owner so now I know who I will come back to in the future in Midland. They offer warranty on their work and parts also. They saved me over $1,000 had I done this at the dealer. I'm so happy.

Communication was extremely limited--calls and messages largely went unanswered, and I was given little to no meaningful updates about the status of my car. After waiting over a week with no progress and no clear answers, I finally went to pick up my vehicle--only to find that absolutely no work had been done. Despite initial assurances, it became clear that nothing had even been started. When I tried to get an explanation, I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude rather than any accountability. The lack of transparency, combined with the poor communication and apparent indifference, made the entire experience incredibly disappointing. Leaving a customer without their vehicle for 10 days with no work completed and minimal communication is simply unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before trusting this shop with their time or vehicle.

Starting with the good. While their loaner cars are older and not the best at least they have…read moreloaner cars. That's where the good ends. They greatly over charge for parts and labor. Example; the parts they replaced I was charged $180.49 for them and $336 for labor. I called two different Ford dealerships and both said the parts are $70.00. Ford quoted me $375.00 for parts and labor. Hemlock Auto & Alignment charged me $528.12 for the repair. Yes they got me in a couple weeks before the Ford dealer could. Had I known up front how expensive they are I would have waited. After I did get a cost if I had decided to take my car to Ford for the repairs it would have e cost me $160.00 for the quote they gave me. Add that to the $375 at Ford and I'm back up to the same price. Unlike many other businesses they do not Honor Military or Veterans or offer any other type discount. They will not install your own parts even if they are OEM parts. I cannot recommend this establishment or will I ever go back to them for any future repairs. And yes the Ford Dealer has newer, and nicer loaner cars too.

As a woman, they talk to me respectfully and even though I am somewhat ignorant about cars, they don't 'make me feel dumb.' Their prices are very reasonable, and they seem to be honest when giving you options. For example: 'these three things are a problem on your vehicle, but X is the most pressing right now and you could probably wait to address the other things if you have to.' They generally offer a ride if the weather is bad. I trust them, and really appreciate the integrity with which they seem to conduct their business. Places like this are part of what makes small towns great!
