Very nice people terrible company policy will never come back. A tire shop that doesn't repair tires who would've thought that.

Took only about 45 minutes for all 4 tires. Paid just under $500 for all 4 (I did get the cheapest for our 'beater' car) friendly workers and quick service. Comes with warranty and planing to go back for free tire rotations. Highly recommend

I came in because I had been feeling a shake while driving, mainly through the passenger seat. I…read morewas under the impression that one of my rims might be bent. I initially went to Discount Tire to have my rims and tires inspected on the balance machine, but I was told that without an appointment it would be about a 1.5-hour wait. Since I didn't have time to wait, I scheduled an appointment for the next day. I arrived to my appointment on time and was met by one of the employees, who checked the tread depth on my tires. He then told me that no work could be done or even looked at on my vehicle because the tire tread depth was in the yellow range. From my perspective, it felt like the focus was more on selling me a new set of tires rather than addressing the issue I came in for. My concern is that the actual problem may be a bent rim. Putting new tires on a potentially bent rim doesn't solve the underlying issue. If I chose to purchase new tires, I would still have to go back, order a replacement rim, wait for it to arrive, and then have the tires installed afterward. I came in looking for a diagnosis of the vibration issue, not just a recommendation to replace tires. Overall, I left frustrated because I didn't feel like my original concern was properly evaluated. Time wasted

I am not sure if they support military service members in accordance with the highest standard of excellence. But Black Tires couldn't complete a standard diagnosis within 96 hour window. Yes, FOUR DAYS just waiting to be serviced is completely unacceptable and any service manager with any type of skilled managerial experience would recognize this huge failure when supporting their loyal customers. Sorry no second chances for this location. I have learned my lesson.

This has been the absolute best experience I have ever had with an Automotive shop. We came in here…read moreas a last resort when all of the RV service shops in the area seemed to turn us away (I think because they are packed due to memorial day weekend). We were able to work with James and he was extremely helpful in every way. He was able to get our Tow baseplate installed on our jeep in no time. I would highly recommend this shop for anything. Their customer service is outstanding and they did a speedy job for us. Not only did James do an excellent job with installing the baseplate and squaring us away with the electrical, but he came out to our motorhome and helped us connect up the tow bar. He then went back inside and looked up the proper towing procedures for our particular vehicle, came back out to tell us, and then helped us get everything setup right. Lastly, he followed us for about a mile to make sure that everything was working properly. He did all of this without being asked to do so. Curtis was our service manager, and I believe he had an appointment elsewhere when we arrived, but he took care of us and ensured that we were properly taken care of with the other gentlemen at the desk, prior to him departing for his appointment (I believe we may have cause him to be late, sorry, Curtis). I am amazed at the kind of culture of service that is bred into this shop. Every single person we interacted with was the embodiment of customer service. I must say our experience was beyond just customer service, it was more like "service for their fellow man". I very rarely write reviews for places, but I absolutely felt compelled to write this. Do not hesitate to take care of your automative needs at this place.

I was asked to take my vehicle unfinished as a courtesy because of the lateness of the day. A key fob was not working properly (it was not programmed properly at this shop). I brought it back at my convenience and was told it needed to be left for at least three hours to diagnose. I thought this was very strange, since the $4K job was diagnosed in less than an hour. So, I know I got hosed, just will not recommend or go back.
