I ordered 4 tires from their website (easy price matching so they were the cheapest I could find anywhere online) on Wednesday night and made an appointment at this location (7660 s Raeford rd) for an install Friday morning. I went to Discount Tire yesterday expecting to have to replace two and maybe four very expensive tires on my BMW 740i because of damage I caused. I went in due to tire pressure light being on. When the guy filled up my tire he noticed a nail in it right away. I'm not even sure how he spotted it because it looked like a rock to me. They had a longer wait so I didn't stay to get it taken care of but when I did, it turned out to be a broken off screw driver or similar. Was a hot July afternoon just after 5:00pm pulled out of our drive and got a flat . Called our roadside service and got that started then tried to find a place to buy and put our tires on the car. Every place we called said I'm sorry we'll get to you tomorrow-- that couldn't work we had to pick our son up at the airport that night. So we needed it done. My husband called discount and they said yes. So once we got the donut on our car we headed there. It took about 15 minutes to get there We arrived at 6:20 and by 6:35 they had both front tires changed and did I say they closed at 6. But stayed and helped us. Let me tell you what, this place is incredible. I don't write reviews but these guys warrant it. I watched them churn 15+ vehicles through complete tire changes in maybe 2 hours or less. They got good prices, including on my 35' mud tires. I also had some problems with my wheels and when I stated I could not purchase any due to financial hardship, Chris got me an absolutely ridiculous deal on some solid wheels i'm happy with. On that, the (I believe) manager Chris is incredibly pleasant to work with and will work with you on what you need. read more

Needed new tires on my wife's Mercedes so I decided to give these guys a try. After paying nearly $1,090 cash my son and I both noticed the signal for low tire pressure... Not one but rather two tires where at dangerously low levels (16psi in the driver side front and 19psi in the right rear passenger). For the life of me I cannot wrap my mind around this issue. If you spend $100 or $1,000 shouldn't you expect professional? I would definitely advise against visiting this establishment for safety reasons only. Put your loved ones first. read more

I've always been a huge fan of Discount Tire. I'm a firm believer in a company that treats their employees right and treats their customers like real people as well. This was my first trip to this location. I purchased the warranty on my tires when I bought my car new because I commute so far each day so if I ever have a tire issue, I always find my closest Discount Tire. I picked up a nail somewhere along the line and when I went to grab lunch saw one of my tires was at 15 psi. Put some air in it and drove it over to Discount Tire. Chris was great! Everyone was super professional! Chris took a look at my car, got me worked in and even though there were already 3 cars in front of me I was done at just over an hour with also rotating my tires at my request since I was overdue. They were able to plug my tire and get me rolling back on the road. With the warranty it was no cost and I was in and out pretty quick for as busy as they were. I will always recommend Discount Tire to anyone when they have tire or wheel needs. This location hit all the marks! read more

I was in a pickle and needed 4 new tires immediately (my own fault, tread was too low to fix a flat repair - oops) and they were able to get me in same day because they happened to have the specific tires (which are usually special ordered) on hand!
