They have a waiting area, however was told we could not wait in waiting room we had to drop off and could not make an appointment to wait outside or anywhere! One hundred mile round trip at $ 4.00 a gallon and unable to have any pick up or rental to drop off for the day. They want to do business on their time frame, not ours. Customer service is NOT to have to go across street to rent a car. Very rude, uncaring and not what we have to put up with at all. Wishing them well with their new rules that do not involve customer service, sadly.
